First of all I did a lot of research to find one I wanted and would be satisfied with. I am so upset at this product. I have had it 3 months and it is split where the tracker and band meet. That is not the most upsetting part of it. I contacted Jawbone and have heard nothing from them whatsoever. Don't buy this. Spend more money on something you can like and a company that will take care of you when you need them to.

I bought the Jawbone for my husband and he says its a glorified step tracker. You Have to input everything you do, even your sleep so what is it tracking?

The UP2 was something I was really looking forward to using. It's pretty and fit my wrist perfectly.
However, there were problems with this right out of the box. It charged just fine but would not 'wake up' . I followed the packaged instructions but the bracelet would not wake up or sync with the app.
Returning to QVC.

I purchased this and because the latch is not good it was lost. Now I am paying for something I now longer own. I am going back to fitbit.

I've had my Up 2 since May 2016 without any problems. It doesn't fall off, it hasn't stopped working, and I wear it daily and even sparsely wear it in the shower even though it is not recommended.
The app is FAR superior to the Fitbit app, and I bought a Fitbit Charge HR in Dec 2014 and sold it less than a year later. The Fitbit was uncomfortable and left a red, chafing mark on my wrists which deemed a $149 purchase unusable.

I love QVC and it's products and I hate to leave a bad review on any of their products but I think they should know what they are selling here. The band is poorly designed, falls off constantly and is not made to last more than 3-4 months even with semi-regular use. The issue of the band falling off is real and if you're not careful you can lose it & can't return it. Jawbone offers for purchase an extra clip to secure the band for a few bucks + shipping, which is ridiculous. Band still falls off & the extra clip pinches and is uncomfortable. The rubber on the band tears really easily and when my first band broke in half, Jawbone sent me a new one but only after being grilled & asked to provide details as to how I used it and them trying to figure out if I misused it. The second one I received I was never able to charge. I contact Jawbone and they tell me that QVC is NOT an authorized distributor of their product and a warranty claim would not be granted. I told them this is the one they sent me and I provided them the same information I gave them previously. They said they won't honor the warranty since it was purchased through QVC. I contacted QVC and they assured me they were indeed an authorized retailer. QVC said send the band back to them and I would receive a refund. THANK GOD for QVC. Jawbone does not stand behind their product, that is obvious. It's sad that QVC is willing to help but not the manufacturer of the product. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE A JAWBONE PRODUCT.

I received a gray UP2 tracker for Mother's Day. Within a month the edges of the band turned black. Jawbone offered to replace it with a black one without requiring proof of purchase. They sent another gray one that had the same problem. Finally in September they sent the black band. It won't work at all. They are now refusing to honor the warranty without the original receipt. I told them from the beginning it was a gift. I registered the original tracker with them when I got it so they have a record of all the band activity & replacements. The warranty shouldn't even be an issue since they sent the wrong item & then a defective one.

Not covered under the Jawbone warranty. QVC is NOT authorized seller. I purchased in June, it stopped working in September. Jawbone won't honor warranty because QVC is not on their list of authorized sellers. I'm out the $$. It's too bad because I really did like this unit.
