FABULOUS,GORGEOUS EVENING COAT!!!!
This is the most beautiful evening coat!! Cannot believe the price for such a lovely coat. This is the perfect coat for a Christmas party, the opera, and plays, or any somewhat formal event. It is so Jackie O, Audrey Helpburn or Doris Day. I know I will not wear it all the time. But on those occasions where I want to make a stunning statement I will have it and it will be perfect. This is a true CLASSIC!! It is the perfect reproduction of the great designers of the 60's. and gives the perfect Givenchy or Yves St. Laurent look. How fun!!!
I thought the softer color that was a muted fushsia gave the garment a more upscale look, remember this is classic dressing at its very best!!!!

Just not practical for me....
I love, LOVE the styling but the weight is too light for it to be a practical coat. I can't justify the price on an item I can wear so infrequently.

Get a smaller size than what you normally wear
Beautifully made, well constructed, but wow it runs Large. I'm not a small person and ordered my usual size. Needless to say, it's hanging up because it looks more like a large large 'but pretty' overcoat.

Mad Men Blooper
I soooo wanted to love this coat as I am a seasoned Mad Men lover and grew up in the 60's. I ordered my normal coat size and when it arrived, as a previous reviewer had written, it WAS a graduation gown! I couldn't believe it. Me and at least 2 other people could've wrapped ourselves in this. Then I thought about moving the buttons to make it fit better and then realized at even the clearance price, it was way too expensive to keep if I couldn't "LOVE IT AT FIRST GLANCE", which is my QVC rule whenever I buy something. This one definitely didn't come close to the beautiful, full shawl collar, teal blue coat that Betty Draper was often wearing in the series. Sorry.....

DISAPPOINTED!!!
Ordered this coat and it did not have a swing to it. Fabric looked rather inferior to me - reminded me of a cheap church chior robe. It goes back as soon as I can take it to the USPS. I like retro styled clothing items but this one missed the target.

Beautiful, but a little straight
Just got my teal-brown. The color is magnificent. It IS a light weight, but I like that. I already have a heavier wool dress coat for winter. This is better for when you WON'T be out in very cold weather any length of time. I was expecting a more dramatic A-line since it's called a SWING coat, but it's much straighter column-shaped than I was expecting. Still, it skims over my pear shape without binding at the rear/hips so it's not too fitted in any sense. I will feel very elegant wearing this over a dress.The collar is divine. Sits really nicely even when reversed. I love that it's open enough to show off a necklace. I like it well enough I'm considering getting the black-fuschia.

Great purchase
This coat is a beautiful satin and reverse-able, very well made. I ordered a Black/Fuscia in a 3x, since I wear a Women's size 24 or 26/28 and it was too big so a friend took it and I ordered a 2x and it fits me fine.

BEAUTIFUL!
Oh wow, this coat is such a winner! It's an evening coat! This is not something to wear to the mall. Although, I guess you could if you threw it over something casual and chic. The black/ fushia is gorgeous! I've washed it and it required pressing to get the pacagking wrinkles out of it, but I don't think wrinkles are going to be a problem. This coat is so elegant! The collar is SOOOO beautiful and stands around your face making you feel like a princess! I plan to have snaps put down the front and wear this as a coat dress with one of Joan Rivers humongous flower pins where the coat meets in front! I'm party ready for the holidays! I did have to size down. This coat looks like it cost a mint! The quality is outstanding! Alot of style for not much money!

muddy colors
I was very disappointed in the colors. I purchased both the brown/teal,,,,and black/fuchsia. The fuchsia was more of a faded burgundy color,,,,and the teal was not a crisp teal,,,but a muddy sort of faded color. The only reason I purchased them both was to get a great 4 color option, since they are both reversible. I wish the colors had been true and vibrant, so sadly I will return them both.

Drama
This is so elegant and has plenty of drama, you will feel smashing in it . it runs a little big but it is made very nice. Some reverseable clothes pucker in the seams but this looks nice on both sides. I like it very much I am going to take it on vacation.
