Good purchase I bought this camcorder to record my students doing various activities in class. I really like it. The pictures are so sharp and the zoom is excellent. It is really small and fits in the pallm of your hand. The students also use it to record themselve. Additionally, it is quite easy to operate; no tapes or cds. Thanks Q. 05-26-12

Disappointed I bought this camcorder when my other unexpectedly quit working. Very disappointed-only records about 40 minutes if you are lucky, certainly won't last the life of a little league game. I will be sending this back and start looking for another camcorder that has a better battery life. 05-13-12

GREAT LITTLE CAMCORDER!! I was looking for a small and reasonably priced camcorder to use for many very important upcoming events and this JVC Everio surely fit the bill. It's very small & compact and fits in the palm of my hand and is extremely easy to operate. The 40x zoom is AMAZING....and even zooming in tight, the picture is very clear. It's like you are standing immediately in front of your subject matter. Even the sound recording is amazing when played on my computer and TV. This camcorder holds a big punch in a tiny package. I am not disappointed at all and would recommend this model. Easy Pay also was a big help for the budget!! Thank you JVC and QVC!!!! 04-02-12
