JCORE 6 DVD Body Transformation Program with Meal Plan
As a formerly fit individual, I wanted a sensible, approachable re-entry to fitness that I could master at home, no matter what the weather. I saw an infomercial for this product and was impressed by the range of surprising but common sense motions incorporated within the exercises. That's what I love about it. All of the exercises are accessible on their own, but together - wow - they hit you and they hit you fast. It will be interesting to see how the program progresses. I still depend on the modifications more than I'd hoped, but I'm not discouraged and expect to get my time, energy and money's worth from the product.
This workout is just that-super! Not for the faint of heart. Only buy if you feel motivated and are ready for a challenge. I am 62 and have worked out a long time. I do need to do the modified part and took many breaks the first time through. Will probably have to do that for awhile, but I know I can do this. If you have a shoulder problem this may not be for you. But otherwise if you like ADVANCED workout- go for it.
Great workout in only 20 minutes!
No more excuses! These workouts are awesome and the best part is that you don't need weights!!! I highly recommend to all of the moms who use the excuse that they don't have time to workout. I don't have to worry about any complicated moves, just moves that work the entire body!!!
Best Workouts Ever
A friend had been using this product and her results were amazing, so I just had to purchase it for myself. After only one week I can see results. I love the fact to that it only takes 20 minutes and there is no other equipment needed!
I purchased this for my high school daughter. She loves it and I see her doing the workouts when I get home from work. Very impressed. Jay is a true genius!!
Best At-Home Workout
I am a mother of 2 with little time to devote to myself, never mind working out. I have tried numerous at-home workout DVDs only to find my apartment resembles a home gym or I can't stick with the program because it's too much of a time commitment. I had read numerous fitness related articles about Jay Cardiello, the creator of JCore, and his inventive way of training. His whole mantra is based on working out 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week and with no additional equipment needed other than your own body weight. Seeing as 20 minutes is about all the time I have to spare I thought I'd give it a shot... and I was hooked! His workouts are intense yet easy to follow and perfect for all levels of fitness and ages. There is a modifier in the DVDs that demonstrates an easier version of the exercise which was very useful for me since I just had a baby. I stuck with the program and have dropped my baby weight (15lbs)! I highly recommend this program for people looking to get in shape and find a program they can stick with to stay active and healthy.
