Not as advertised I received mine the other day and both of my mascaras did not have the ball on them! I was really hoping to love this application feature! Mine is being shipped back, so much of an inconvenience to keep shipping things back! Grrrr. Guess I will stick with my mally mascara! 06-17-13

Hate the ball on the tip,love the mascara. Please bring this mascara in without the ball tip, the ball clumps and doesn't work like the demonstration shows. My husband took wire cutters and clipped of the end and now works great. Love the product. 06-17-13

Worth a try.....problem with wand I like the mascara and the ball on the end of wand. The mascara creates very long lashes and the ball on wand lets you focus on the short lashes without buildup everywhere else. I went to use this the other day and the ball on the end of want was gone. I can only assume it detached and is inside the mascara tube now. Disappointing as the ball on the wand is one of the strong features of the mascara. I still like the mascara overall just not sure if the ball falling off of wand is a fluke. I would recommend trying this mascara and hopefully they will fix the wand issue. 06-15-13

Dump The Clump What a nightmare, this provides a super- glue like application, that clumps up globs of product , joining lashes, which are difficult to separate & leaving blobs at the lash tips, I noticed while viewing the product demonstration that they do not go real close up on the eye shots. I gather this is due to the fact that a close up would show what this looks like on the lashes. Nothing measures up to the raves of this item. 06-13-13

Beautiful Eyes This is the best mascara I have ever used. Everyone notices and asks how my eye lashes look so long. Would love this mascara to come in waterproof. I will try other IT products. 06-13-13

Disappointment I got one of this mascara as part of TSV in around the end of March this year and used it right away because it looked so fancy . It was mediocre at most. I have several other sample mascaras from other brands in use at the same time (which all are a lot better than this one) so I didn't reach for it very often, maybe just once a week top. Last week, after only two months opened and rarely used I notice it has started to dry up. Today, it totally clumps on the wand. My other sample mascaras which are older are still in good condition to give better result. I won't repurchase this one again for sure. 06-11-13

Ok Not Great Had high hopes still trying to work with it but found it flaky by the end if the day and a little clumpy. Really wanted to love it. I have had more success as I've worked with it so maybe a learning curve- the technique of using the ball to lift the lash dies seem to work the drawback for me is the look is not soft or lush. 06-10-13

Clumps - not a good thing Looks good on TV but needs a lot more work. The ball is what clumps and is totally useless. If this were corrected, the mascara would be great. Very disappointed in the product. 06-10-13

Very Happy I am very pleased with this mascara. I have been on a hunt for a good mascara for over a year now and can say that this one is perfect. I love the little poof on the end of the wand for seperating the lashes! The mascara washes off well and does not clump or look icky. thank you! 06-07-13

Have reordered several times I rarely leave recommendations, but this is one product I have re-ordered now for the 3rd time. Once you try this, it's just hard to go back to drugstore mascara. 06-04-13
