I ordered the orange. I love the color orange, but this was so loud the astronauts can see it from outer space. The styling looks like a turn out coat worn by a firefighter. I sized up based on the previous reviews, which was a mistake for me as it ended up being too large and unflattering. I did like the fabric but that was all I liked about it. I think if I had stuck to my regular size and selected one of the other colors it might have been a keeper. Unfortunately there was very little I liked about it so I won't take a chance and re-order in a smaller size in a different color. So back it goes.

This jacket is well made, sized correctly and the fabric is awesome. I travel a lot for work across different climates and this is my new go to coat. Rain, snow, or a cool breeze it handles them all. It looks great with pants, skirts or one of Isaac's t-shirt dresses and a cardigan.....don't forget one of his beautiful scarfs. After writing this, I think I need to get another color.
Grab one before they are gone!

The fabric of this coat is why I LOVE this coat so much! It's like the 'little black dress' of coats because it's NOT a lint and hair magnet!! Not to mention it's so chic, the hood is removable and it's machine washable! I wish I could have one in every color. Maybe this spring I'll get the happy orange.

For some reason, this fabric reminded of '70's polyester. I just couldn't get past that, and it was kind of shapeless as well. Going back.

I saw this when it was offered on easy pay, so it tweaked my interest. This is a wonderful mid-weight jacket. If you live in the frozen North, it's probably better for spring. I live in the Gulf Coast region so it's just right for most of our cool to cold days. What attracted me was the fabric and fit. I didn't own an "all-weather" coat or jacket and this fits the bill. Plus, the actual fit is very flattering. I read the reviews about sizing up, but since I'd never worn Issac Mizrahi I just took a chance and ordered medium. It fits perfectly, even with a fleece sweatshirt weight shirt underneath. Just so you know, in Susan Graver I've worn from XS -M, since you never really know with her. I'm about 5'6" and really like the length - not a short jacket length and not an overwhelming long coat. I chose black and can see that it will pass as casual or more business casual when I need it. I think this is a great addition to anyone's wardrobe and am very I happened upon it.

This jacket/coat is so on-trend right now with the high performance fabric but what I love is the shape. The princess seaming keeps it from being boxy and boring. I really feel stylish in it and, at the same time, it is so practical. Very warm but not meant for super frigid temps, great for travel from one climate to another. I am a size 4 and the 4 fits me to a tee; fitted but not tight. However, I can see that if you are between sizes or like a looser feel, you should size up. I ordered the khaki color and am considering going back for the black.

This jacket was described as "semi-fitted" where is the fit?? I ordered my normal size and it was simply shapeless with no style. I shipped it back immediately.

I agree with the other reviewers that sizing up is a good plan. I wanted to be able to wear at least 1 medium weight layer under this since even in the spring, it can be chilly. This isn't a "winter" coat, not unless you live somewhere where it doesn't get below 40 degrees but I knew that from the presentation.
I bought the sand and it is a really nice color. I'm 5 ft 2 so this fits me like a car coat which is also great IMO. I like the hood and think this will be a great coat to wear for the spring.
I am very tempted to order the paprika color, too. It would be nice to have that "bright" color for spring.
