Disappointed
I had such high hopes for this bag! I ordered the black, leather was super-soft, but it was a sloppy mess. I love an unstructured bag, but this was ridiculous! It just puddled and looked lifeless. I'd prefer to not have to hold the sides open to see inside my bag. Back it went :(

,My handbag came today and when I opened the box, I couldn't believe my eyes. This handbag is beautiful!!!!! Seeing a picture of it doesn't do it justice. It is made well and the leather is like butter. I am so glad I ordered this one. I know this is going to be my favorite bag. Thanks for carrying such well made beautiful handbags.....

Gorgeous Bag in Black!
This is my first IM. I have 2 Coach, 1 DB, and several Tagnanellos. I have to say that I LOVE the look and feel of this bag. The hardware feels solid and seems like a good quality metal. There have been quite a bit of reviews regarding the metal posts coming unscrewed and losing them, so I will unscrew them and put a little super glue on the treads then screw it back together. The lining of mine is sort of a hot pink with the IM symbol-REALLY nice, and it actually picks up the red trim on the leather edges. The interior zippered compartments and pockets are leather trimmed. It seemed larger in life that on TV, and really more beautiful. I love using both handles, so I won't remove the longer one. To be honest, both straps are the perfect length. The short one is perfect over my shoulder. It's got a padded feel to the strap and it's real comfortable. The longer one is perfect for cross body. I really thought it would look silly wearing it this way, as it is larger than my other cross bodies, but it really looks cute. Now, as per the other reviews, the leather is like butter, super soft...so...it sort of puddles and you have to hunt a bit for things...BUT this is in now way a deal breaker. My Dooney, was pretty stiff AND along with that comes weight. I love my Dooney, and it's worn amazingly and of course I'll switch back into it, BUT this is a real nice change for the winter. It has a casual/classy feel. Out of all my bags, I think this will get the most looks. My sister already complimented it and she's not a bag girl like I am. It looks VERY well made and I'm looking forward to see how well it wears. So far I'M LOVING IT!!!

Fantastic Leather !!
The leather this bag is made of is wonderful!! I bought this in the olive and it is such a warm color, it goes with everything! This is the only IM bag that I own, but will be watching for more. I am only 5'1", and very small (xxs) and was worried about this bag fitting my body shape/size. No problems here. The bag is so soft, it forms to my body and does't appear as big as it is. Thank you for the soft leather Isaac, and am anxious to buy more!!

Not For Me
I ordered this bag in bronze and it wasn't lovingly wrapped like what I'm used to seeing with items from IML. I saw that the hardware on the drawstring was already half unscrewed so I screwed it tight before I continued with my inspection of the bag.
The color is in fact delicious and the leather super duper soft. The reason I sent it back, however, is that it was smaller than I expected. Had this been done in a backpack style, I probably would have kept it, however, as a shoulder or crossbody bag, it doesn't hang right on me and looks way too skinny if not stuffed with a sweater...

LOVE IT
I've had this for 4-5 months now and it's holding up very well and looks better and is softer than when I first got it (I got the black). Straps are great - use it both cross body and over shoulder. Maybe newer bags are not as well made - but I love mine and the quality!

Handbag Heaven
This is a great bag...a little different...and gets noticed a lot. I love the leather, and the edge work. This handbag is comfortable to carry by either the long or short handle. Isaac has such style and good taste. The other day I walked into the doctor's office...and I noticed all the women's heads turn to look at me...well, not me, the purse!!! Now that is what I call a great compliment. Thanks again for another great purse Isaac. Keep them coming.

Not an everyday handbag
I ordered this handbag in green. Loved the color, softness of leather and compartments.
However, after 2 weeks, brass balls fell off, followed by the entire shoulder strap with fasteners. It now sits in my car awaiting a trip to a shoe repair. For a $200.00 handbag plus shipping, this was a disappointment.

Disappointed
As much as I love the style, the size, the features, and the color (green), I would have sent it back had I known of its delicate features. Evidently this purse was not meant to be used on an everyday basis as the metal balls have unscrewed and fallen off, the straps won't stay attached, the zipper pull fell apart, and the leather is showing excessive wear. All this after only a few months of use. Isaac - this fan is so disappointed.

Best Quality Leather bag
Again ISAAC brings the best quality bag that QVC offers! I have a few bags in the $200 plus range but this bag rocks well above the rest. The black with the red highlight is beautiful. The bag is light and the softest leather ever.

"Love it, but..."
Like Zoey's Mom Review, the bag is just the right size and color(bronze)! Perfect for me. Lining is soft, and is light in weight. However, the hardware started falling like rain! Those knobs on the pulls were dropping the third week. 3 out of 4 have fallen off,
only 1 retrieved. I'm undecided on returning, too.
Possible solutions: Isaac could make the falling knobs available to us, OR wearer
could substitute a small silver hoop earring in the channel of the pull.
Disappointing that this happened before I am finished paying for it.

Hardware problems :( Look out!
Ladies, check those pieces of hardare on the tassels...one of mine came unscrewed, and is now gone for good, and the other one was loose also. Only been using it for a month. The clips on the long strap had burrs on it, too. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with the hardware. Another thing I've noticed is it is already starting to show "wear and tear" along the top edge. On the plus side, I bought the bronze and it is the perfect shade. The shape is great. The leather is thin, which makes it light overall. The lining on the bronze one is nice. On the fence on exchanging it or returning it. Oh, I had bought the black one too and sent it back -- the lining was horrid -- it felt like the inside of a burlap feed bag!
