Heater/pump stopped working after 6 months The hot tub was great for the first six months and then the heater/pump stopped working. It's now useless. Any suggestions? 12-23-10
Love My Tub! I just love this hot tub. It is perfect for me...like a large bath tub that never gets cold! I've had it for 2 months and it took about 2 weeks and 3 filters to get the water at just the right PH. I had a $50 electric bill prior to owning this tub and my bill is now $100 and I keep it on 104* all the time. That's not bad! 10-01-08
not best purchase ever We received the hot tub and enjoyed it for awhile but like other customers the blue outer covering started to rip in several places. We contacted the manufacturer several times and they said they would replace the spa if we sent in different parts of the spa. We are waiting for the replacement. This spa we really enjoyed until the blue material got so brittle it ripped all over. We think the material just needs to be improved. 10-01-08
Love to hate this spa we had another brand for three years and this was a replacement. Had it three weeks and the pump stopped working. Called the company and they had us cut the cord off and send it back. Two weeks later we got the new pump. Set it up ran it for a month and changed the water. It got hot, we used it once and it stopped heating! Now what do we do? This is frustrating! 09-10-08
Didn't Last I loved this hot tub from May till the end of July. Used it at least 2 X at week. It heated great and the action was just enough for me. However, it did not last. The blue material has separated and ripped and unless we can get duct tape to hold it, it will not be able to be used again. Calling the manufacturer did no good. Seems like the blue material is not made to sit in the hot sun. 08-04-08
I love this hot tub! I'd been looking for a portable hot tub that I could take apart to store when I needed to and that would be as good as a conventional spa and I found it. It's great. I use it on the highest temp and feel like I'm in a witch's cauldron boiling my muscle aches and pains away. It's terrific and the price is terrific, I couldn't be happier with it. 07-30-08
Love My Hot Tub We just love, love, love this hot tub!! We set it up just as the book stated and haven't had any problems with it, so far, anyways. We've had it going for 3 weeks now. We built a good solid platform 8'x8' to install it on. We didn't want to set it up on the grass.. It turned out perfect! It heats up great, and love the jet action. This hot tub is the next best thing to the real hot tub, only cheaper in cost. We did go out and buy the chemicals and digital water tester to get the chlorine, ph, and alkalinity at the right levels. It took me two days to finally get the hang of how much chemicals to add to the water to hit the perfect levels. We were told to do the water test at least 3 times a week to keep it in check. It isn't hard to do tho. It's an awesome hot tub!! We've been having so much fun in it. Just love it!!! It's so nice to be able to enjoy a hot tub in the privacy of our own back yard. We have a pool and jacuzzi here where we live but not the privacy. I'am 57 years of age disabled with several spinal, knee and shoulder surgeries and it does help ease some of the pain I have. My neurosurgeon recommended water therapy, so I use this for some water exercises, and it does help me. It's plenty big enough to float around in. It's big enough for 3 adults to sit and stretch out their legs, of coarse it depends on their height. We're totally happy with it. I would recommend it to anyone! It's so relaxing. You've got to at least try it. MG of CA. 06-23-08
Not sure... Very easy to set up and was wonderful the first couple of times we used it. Then one of the plastic (cheap) elbows shredded. Called the company for replacement, making us fax paperwork to them before they will send replacement. Does not stay warm if there is any breeze. We took it to our cottage by the lake, as long as it is blocked from the wind it is fine but will not stay warm if it is cool or cold out. Dissappointed in that. 06-12-08
sent back Seemed like a good idea, wrong....set it all up and it never got hot , luke warm, called company that made product did all suggestions and it still never reheated and then you have to wait 24 hours to see if it will get hot again. Then we had to take it all back down drain it to send it back spent like 10 hours setting it up and then taking it down again. It was a waste of time. The pump is poorly made very cheap. 06-02-08
We love it. I purchased this for my husband's birthday present. He loves it. He's in it everyday. We like the fact that we can move it if we need to. It heats up great. I'd like it if the jets were a little stronger, but hubby likes it so that's what counts. 05-31-08
Pretty cool! This portable hot tub is pretty nice. Set up is relatively easy and the filter/heater run very quietly. The heat & bubble action are both satisfactory. The only thing not mentioned on-line or on TV is that you do need to buy chemicals and treat, test, adjust your water's properties just like a "real spa." I'd say 2 adults can enjoy this spa comfortably, 3 would be ok, but 4 might be pushing it. 05-19-08
