Enjoy the ease of a hot brush with the control of a styling iron with the InStyler Glossie Ceramic Styling Brush. Transform your hair in a single pass with ceramic heated plates that simultaneously section and style as you effortlessly brush through hair. The Precision Press styling arm applies optimal tension to help efficiently smooth the hair from root to tip, while maintaining coveted volume and offering the styling versatility to add shape and flips at the ends of hair.

Instant ceramic heat is evenly distributed and regulated by digital temperature control to maintain consistent heat across the entire surface of the brush. The tourmaline ceramic plates surround Cool Tip ionic bristles that helps to reduce frizz to smooth and style hair with one pass. Cool to the touch, you can get close to the roots to smooth and add volume, while adding lustrous shine as they gently glide through hair.

How do I use it: For best results, gently brush through hair to detangle before using Glossie. The unit will always turn on at 450F. Keep pressing the power button to cycle through temperature settings. The lights will flash until the desired temperature is achieved. To release the Precision Press styling arm, slide the chrome switch and release to allow the arm to open.

To begin styling, place a section of hair against the heated plates, close the Precision Press styling arm with your hand, and glide the brush down through the ends. Use the styling arm to give your ends face-framing flips and volume at the roots.

For quick styling, use Glossie with the Precision Press styling arm closed and locked, by sliding the chrome switch up towards the power button. Brush through sections of hair to help reduce frizz and revitalize or touch-up second day hair.

InStyler Glossie Ceramic Styling Brush is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for Chin-Length Bob I wanted to like this styling brush but it just would not work in my chin-length, unlayered, bob-style hair. I bought to smooth out the slight waves in my one-length hair. The clip would not grab onto my hair at all. I think it would work great with shoulder length and longer hair but not any shorter. I watched the demonstration which said it would work in any length hair; it did not for me. I tried to smooth my hair by just brushing without using the clip; it did not smooth at all. Also, the design is poor for brushing as I felt like I was brushing my hair with a two-pound weight and with about the same effect. The handle is extremely long and the top is very heavy. When I held by the handle it was very clunky to try and use as a brush. Unfortunately, I had to return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than a straightener! My hair is straight with just enough wave in it to make it annoying. My ends are frizzy no matter what conditioner or smoothing balm I use. I tried regular straighteners and nothing got rid of the bottom frizz....until now! This product is wonderful! I used it at the hottest setting and my hair became straight and gorgeous! It lasted until I washed it again the next day. The only thing I would suggest to the designer, is to have the arm open up a little further, but it's workable. I recommend this to anyone who wants smooth, straight hair! signed "Beach Blond Betty

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It! I like this a lot more than I thought I would. I had an earlier style of one of these brushes and I didn’t like it. On this one, the clamp really makes a difference. It’s fast to straighten my long hair without making it stick-straight. Took it on a girls’ trip & everyone loved it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally found it! I have spent a small fortune on different hot tools for my hair. Some have been better than others BUT - this one is THE ONE for me! I have very thick, coarse, wavy hair that I color and highlight. This brush easily glides through my hair. I can use larger sections, unlike a typical flat iron, which cuts down on time in the mornings. I used a previous version that didn't have the clamp and that item pulled my hair terribly. This one is completely different. I hesitated when I first saw the presentation since I've been disappointed with so many styling irons so I was on wait-list for the black/green. It was definitely worth the wait!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’ve Used Them All... If there is a hair appliance out there, I’ve owned it... straighteners, curlers, irons, round brushes, etc. I have curly, frizzy, fine hair and am on the perpetual hunt for the perfect appliance to finally give me the perfect hair. I recently read an article that suggested at least one “ go to” product that would solve daily hair issues, and in this brush -I think I’ve found it. The teeth are generous and gripping, I can get close to my scalp without burns, hair is smooth, but not flattened and really delivers shine. Have to admit that I’ve several of these brushes - but this is the IT hair appliance I’ve been searching for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game Changer- believe the hype! First and foremost- this is a hybrid styling tool combining the benefits of a straightening iron with the surface area of a brush- that said, this works like a straightening iron. If you don't like the look created with a straightening iron then this tool probably isn't right for you. However, if you're like me and you abhor the inevitable sweating and arthritis connected with blow drying your hair- then this tool IS for you. I love that I can wash my hair and let it air dry and then quickly straighten it in TEN minutes. I have bleached, thick, frizzy, shoulder length hair and I went from scary to gorgeous in TEN minutes with no perspiration and no arm fatigue. I recommend brushing your hair and any knots out with a hair brush prior to styling with this. After that, just use this styler the way you would any straightening iron- no need to press firmly on the clamp, I applied the same amount of pressure as I would any standard straightening iron. The brush glided smoothly through the strands. I find this works best when you section the hair into thicker pieces. One pass is all it takes (the more passes the more of the "pin straight" look you will achieve). Keep in mind, no one product can do everything- I rely on diff tools for different looks- you shouldn't expect one styling tool to dry, straighten, add volume, and smoothe out your hair. If you don't have time to air dry-use a blow dryer, if you want volume-use rollers, if you want waves-use a curling iron! If you want a sleek, straight style with little fuss and physical effort, this is your GO TO!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok but not b y itself This really helps give my hair volume, and you can control the heat so you do not burn your hair. But it leaves the tips looking bad so I have to use another tool after using this one. I debated sending it back and chose to keep it because it really helps with volume.
