Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Purchase Ever Terrific design....terrible product. Have had this product for some time. Recently threw it away in the trash.....has come apart and tipped over too many times. Cannot hold more than four pairs of shoes and must be evenly balanced or it falls.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of Junk! What a waste of money! This shoe tree is awful! The metal racks DO NOT stay up and continue to fall down...would have to be welded on to stay. It is VERY wobbly as well, does not stand up even if you have the weight balanced. Cannot recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase! I have 5-year-old triplets. Their shoes were always all over the living room floor. I purchased one of these, and now there is no shoe mess on the floor. They each have their own level of the 3-level tree. It wasn't so hard to assemble, and we've been using it for a few months without any incident. And that's with three 5-year-olds using it! Highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a disapointment. This device to hold shoes does hold shoes. What they didn't mention is that leather shoes become ruined in a month or so as they lean on the wire holders. The tongue on the shoes becomes stretched and square shaped. Also, it will need to be constantly tightened, or else the whole kit and caboodle can tip over. I bought three of these, what a waste of money. Now, I have then sitting in my garage. They will be for sale during the next door neighbor's garage sale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just ordered my second one I never could of put this together by myself. My husband is a # 1 handyman. He recomends taking the set screw out of ring (c) place (c) over (b) mark piece (b) at set screw hole. Drill hole in plastic (b) replace set screw in ring (c) locate on tree tighten set screw, and shelf (a) will stay in place. As far as piece (d) comming loose the only thing to do is to put lock tight on the threads before you screw it in. Lock tight is a liquid glue. Hope this will help because it really is a nice item with very poor instructions.

Had a friend try to keep the racks from slipping & he couldn't get it from not slipping either. Too heavy to send back. Couldn't even get rid of at a garage sale. Bad product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse Purchase Ever Bought two of these and just ended up throwing them away. Worse items I have purchased at QVC. Had to have a friend put them together because it was hard to made out the assemby directions. After a couple of days the top part kept coming off. I've had them in my closet for months in varying degrees of falling apart. Worse product I have purchased at QVC. I would never buy these items again.
