had bought several, same problem as others, only lasted several months and now they are useless!

Good looking but disappointing
I've had two of these for about a year and a half. I've been really happy with them, but at some point they quit working. I've tried new batteries but to no avail. It wouldn't be so bad if they were just candles, but the fact that they are lanterns and more of an investment, I expect to have them last a good long while. However, since you can't replace the lights in the candles (if indeed that is the problem), I'll have to thrown them away or just use them as nonworking decorations. I'd rather have something more permanent and it just seems wasteful to not give them a longer life by making the light bulb replaceable. I certainly won't be repurchasing. Too bad, they really are attractive!

Went back for more!
I purchased this item for myself right after Hurricane Sandy. I just loved the look of it. After using it in my entrance hallway, I LOVED it. I purchased 3 more to give as Christmas gifts. The timer is a wonderful feature, I don't even have to think about it. At 5:30 it comes on & at 9:30 it shuts off. Perfect!! There's no real flame & it never gets hot, so I feel safe with it coming on, even if I know I won't be home. I hope the 3 people I bought it for love it as much as I do.

Pretty, but not very useful
I ordered 3 of these for our deck. We have used them inside as well when the power goes out. They really don't give off enough light to make them useful at all. It is not even worth the batteries to light them. But they do look nice. Help up nice in all the wind and rain in MD.

Disappointed
I have had this candle for a year and it is a big disappointment. It stopped working and I feel that I threw my money away. This will be the last Home Reflections item I order

I have the lanterns for 4 months and one will not work at all. We checked and changed the batteries and cleaned the connections to no avail. The other is still operating.
Am disappointed and would not reorder them and cannot recommed them.

Very unhappy
These were great looking when I received them. I have a place to hang them outside. My first mistake, I only hung one to see how the sun would treat it. Well, it was ok, but it started to rust around the top and bottom, then it ran down the sides. Ok, I tried to scrub it but that didn't work and I can't use them inside. I am so disappointed.

Very Disappointed
Very nice looking lantern, but does not last. Worked for a while, then just quit. Too late to send back. The problem I bought 4 of these; one for me and the other 3 for Christmas Presents. Now it is too late to return. I hope the other 3 work longer than mine did. I thought it was just dead batteries. I put new batteries in and still it would not work. I am very disappointed and will be very embarassed if my gifts don't work any longer than mine.

Can't Wait for More
I bought five of these at the great sale price--please repeat that sale! I love that they go on and off with the timer ; great for when the family is away,etc. I've been reading that some customers have purchased and gotten stuck with faulty lanterns--hope mine stay working, as I receive many compliments and plan to purchase more as gifts. NICE JOB, QVC!!Keep the quality up --you have a winner that people can afford.

Lantern did not last 90 days, it has stopped worki
Bought three of these for my new deck in June. And have loved them, until about a week ago, one stopped working. My husband is handy with anything, he has taken it apart, tested voltage etc. We cannot get it to work and it is too late to send back. They do retain moisture if it rains, but this has not seemed to be a problem. I would think hard about it before purchasing. I was going to order three more, but I think I will look around now. For this type of money I expected better qualtity for a much longer time period.

very nice
i had been watching the flameless candles for a long time. I wanted this lamp but became hesitant once again when i saw some of the reviews but i took a chance- and im glad I did. I put new batteries in it, turned it on at the hour I desired (4 hr timer) and I love it. It works great, shines just enough to create a great environment, and goes off and on every night at the same time. No issues, thank goodness. When the weather and season changes to be dark by dinner time, it will be very nice to walk in the front door with just enough lighting the room. I do believe I will be back for more of this concept. Thank you.

Bring back the Bronze ASAP
Bought three sets and gave for Christmas Gifts Everyone wants more, more, more. But they want bronze to have matching sets. Please bring back before too late for Christmas. The lanterns are beautiful I kept two red for myself and bought matching shepard's hooks and set on either side of my front entry at Christmas. I had numerous lookie loos some rang the bell or stopped me in the yard wondering where I got them.
