Cheap!
We bought this bed for the New King Serta Mattress we bought from the Q. When we received the mattress that night I put the bed together. To my surprise the bed cam with no assembly instructions! the bed rails are 8" longer then the mattress and I can fit my entire body between the mattress and the foot board. We have a 3mo old daughter I can only imagine her getting stuck at some point in the future! Both the Headboard and Footboard have chips in the "paint". The metal work looks cheap! On the Headboard there are several rough spots of wood that are just waiting to cut someone or give them a splinter. We are extremely unhappy with this product esp when the price is $700 on QVC and under $400 elsewhere on the internet. Unfortunately it makes us think twice before ordering another expensive high dollar item from QVC after getting this poor quality product.
