Plastic Protective Coating

A clear protective coating has been applied to the outside of your new luggage. This easy-to-remove thin wrap of plastic is applied at the factory to protect the high-gloss finish on your new luggage. To remove, start at the upper-right corner on the front of your bag. Lift an edge of the plastic wrap and peel it away. Repeat until all the plastic is removed.

Disappointed I have been a QVC shopper for at least ten years and truly have never been really unhappy with anything I've ordered. My husband and I are leaving to go on a cruise next week and I couldn't wait to get the new luggage. Well, not only is the luggage alot more flimsy than expected (thought it was going to be really hard on the outside), but it is the wrong color! I ordered the lime green and got grey! Not sending back, because I need it for our trip, but very disappointed! 01-13-12
bought mines years ago-- elsewhere Hi there, I bought my Heys years ago from a vendor in Canada. Heys, in my opinion, is wonderful luggage. Lightweight, sturdy, dependable and pretty colors. Mine is turquoise. That smallest case is PERFECT for the overhead compartment and you will be amazed how much stuff you can cram in there. I am so happy to see that QVC has this luggage now and I am also happy to recommend it. 05-17-11
