Flimsy construction
I bought the set for a cruise. The first time I used it, the largest piece was knocked going up stairs which caused one of the wheels to wobble. Within the day, the entire wheel came off! I was in Venice with a three-legged suitcase. I saw the interior of the suitcase and realized that the wheels are attached to a very thin piece of plastic. I'm sick over this since I purchased it in Nov. Consumer beware, you get what you pay for.

Broke with just one use
I bought this luggage in December as I travel a lot. My old luggage was ready for the trash. I watched the presentation and thought the luggage sounded great. The hardside sounded good as my luggage had the frames bent in the past. I took my first trip and the large suitcase had problems with the wheels. One wheel broke completely off. A second wheel is cracked all around the base and would likely fall off if I could use the luggage again. I called about the warranty and they will replace it, but I would prefer my money back...not an option.

Not worth the money
I purchased this set of luggage recently and am still making the payments, however, I have used the large suitcase twice on an airline and one of the wheels is already broke off and another one is cracked. The sides are very flimsy and not durable at all. I love the fact that it is easy to locate and love the design but definitely disappointed with the product. I have not used the smaller piece yet and if it is not checked on an airline it will probably be fine. Just do not plan to have it withstand the luggage people in an airport. I wish I would have read the reviews before I had used it because it would have gone back to QVC. I have never written a review before but this time it just seemed necessary so someone else does not make the same mistake. I hate throwing things away but this is useless and not repairable. Extremely disappointed in the product. Will go back to Samsonite or American Tourister for my next large suitcase purchase and no more Heys.

Flimsy
The shell is flimsy and dented leaving a white crease where it bent in upon itself on pressure while packing. It would never have made it through an airline baggage trip.

Very Poor Quality
I like other reviwers took this on a short 1 hour flight. On the way back I reached my destination to find a large crack around one wheel. Now the luggage is lopsided when rolling and most likely will not survive another trip. And to top it off, I am still paying the easy pay off!
The warrenty does not cover the luggae if it is damaged by an airline! What else would we use it for if not traveling?
Very dissapointed in this product and QVC should discontinue selling this item

Poor quality
I am very disappointed to find this luggage is not of a quality needed for air travel. On the first roundtrip travel one of the exterior stand pieces came off, leaving open holes and making it so the luggage wasn't stable when set down on the stand (on the lengthwise side of the luggage). On the second roundtrip travel the luggage completely cracked around one of the wheels - fully breaking around the wheel - making the luggage useless. Perhaps the luggage is OK for non-air travel, but it cannot stand up to baggage handling.

WORST LUGGAGE/WORST COMPANY
I purchased the Brush Strokes luggage set on 11-10-2012 for a trip over Christmas. The first time I used the luggage (when I arrived at my destination) one of the wheels broke off the largest suitcase. I brought it to a Heys approved luggage shop on 12-21-2012 who called Heys for me to seek a replacement piece of luggage. The Heys rep on the phone tried to get me to accept a replacement at a lesser value because she (her name is Rebecca) did not want to break up a set. I said no, I want a replacement of exactly what I purchased. I was given a "sticky note", not even a professional looking receipt for my replacement and a toll free telephone number with my confirmation number. It has been 2 months and I still have not received my replacement piece of luggage. Everytime I call the customer service number, they are busy and I am asked to leave a message. I have never received a call back. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and have written this purchase off as a loss. This is the cheapest luggage, not worth a cent. Heys is the worst company I have dealt with. Poor customer service and unprofessional.

Five Stars
Love everything about this luggage.... it forces me to be organized (no outside pockets) and it looks gorgeous!! I got two sets of red.... and , boy is it red !!

Not that Great
I had looked at this set for a very long time and decided to go for it, even after reading some of the negative reveiws. The color was really nice, very bright (i got the Royal Blue solid, no designs). I took it out of the box and while I was seeing how the spinning wheels worked, the large case barely touch the wall and got a big white mark on it. I was shocked to see that just a slight brush against something could mark it so easily. I didn't want to see what baggage handlers would do to it! Sadly, I returned it, even though it cost $50!!!! I wasn't going to keep something that I'd not use. I sure wish I could get that shipping back, but the return address was to the manufacturer and not to QVC. Oh well, I will make future purchases based on the reviews I read on QVC.

Pros and Cons
These are nice pieces. They are nice sized and have real good compartmentalization. I really like the little toiletry case too. It holds more than you would think. I ordered it in red (to match my car) but I wish I would have ordered a print as I feel scratches wouldn't show as easily as on a solid color. I've only used the set once and I only intend to use it for car travel so it may never get scratched. I like the "4-wheel drive" but it doesn't work the best on carpeting, even the low carpeting they have in hotels. I guess I would recommend it but there would be some "buts" to my recommendation.

Broke after one use
I was very disappointed with this luggage set. We went on a trip several days after receiving this luggage and it broke on the return trip. We got it back with a HUGE crack down the front. I do not recommend this if it can not even last one trip !!!!!! Had to return this. Can not believe the POOR QUALITY of this product. Do NOT bring on the airplane.

Not so sure
I do like the looks of this luggage and not ever having hardside luggage before, I am not quite sure if this is good quality or not. It seems rather flimsy and I am really worried it will not withstand the wear and tear of flying. I have seen how baggage is handled and I don't know if this luggage will stand up to being thrown on and off a plane. We will see in 3 weeks. I travel often and it was time to replace my old luggage. I just hope I made the right decision...
