A clear protective coating has been applied to the outside of your new luggage. This easy-to-remove thin wrap of plastic is applied at the factory to protect the high-gloss finish on your new luggage. To remove, start at the upper-right corner on the front of your bag. Lift an edge of the plastic wrap and peel it away. Repeat until all the plastic is removed.

A good deal... My daughter received a set as a graduation gift - -the color is awesome and traveling with it was effortless and much, much easier all the way around. So I decided to order a set for myself, in a more mature color, and so far so good. My only complaint is that there is a problem with setting the lock on the largest piece. I've just let it go because didn't feel like returning and unlike the set my daughter received, the middle piece does not have wheels that can be locked. 04-09-13

REALLY LIKE THIS!!! Time to update our luggage so I got the silver for him and floral for me. It did travel by plane from the east coast to Vegas and back. While it did get a bit scratched, etc. from baggage I'm certainly going to try the magic eraser as suggested by another writer. Other than that, they held up great and the rollers are wonderful! I rated it a 4 only because the pull-out handle could be a bit more sturdy especially for the larger one. The carry-on does fit on the plane. And the hotel limo driver remarked at how the floral was so different and easy to spot. Lots of room for packing what we needed. 04-05-13

So So Classy I purchased the leopard print set and I love the looks and ease through the airport .Especially all the attentention that it receives. It is beautiful. I used the middle size carry on for a 10 day trip and was supprised that I fit everything in it and was able to use it as a carry on and did not have to check it. The only thing is that I could not use the expandable feature for then it would not fit in the over head. So keep that in mind when packing. I haven't used the 26" yet to check in , hope it doesn't get to scratched when do cause it is so pretty and classy. Love it ! 03-24-13

So Wild! I have the metallic leopard. Love love love the leopard. I love the ease in which it moves. Packs well, traveled well. Most of all I love the train case as it holds all my pump supplies! Best purchase ever! 03-11-13

Best Luggage I've ever owned I have had this luggage for 5 years and travel monthly. It is light weight, holds up to plane travel and I can always "spot"' my bags coming off the plane. Every time I travel someone compliments me on the bags. I've owned dozens of bags through the years and none ever performed this well no matter how expensive. 03-11-13

Absolutely Beautiful Don't hesitate to purchase this luggage. After reading the reviews, I decided to write my own and hopefully put some peoples minds at ease. As for the odor of the luggage, all you need to do is take a capful of the new Downey Unstopables and place it in the luggage, zip it up and the next morning your luggage will smell great. For all those reviews that claim this carryon bag won't fit in the over head compartment, take out your old carryon bag and compare this Hey's piece. My old luggage is slightly taller and the same width. I have never had a problem in the last ten years using it as a carryon. I am confident it will serve its purpose and beautifully so. Lastly, for anyone worring about the black marks you may get after traveling, you can use the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to remove all of the marks and your bag will look brand new. Buy this luggage. You will love it for its beauty and ease for all your traveling. 03-02-13

Wouldn't Recommend!!! Okay for car travels !!! terrible for the plane I used it one time on the plane and it came back completely scratched and cracked and totally damaged would not recommend it at all... Very disappointed 02-14-13

Great lightweight travel bags I'm really pleased with the luggage specifically the mid size piece. Compared to my other luggage with another brand, this is so lightweight. The wheels work really well and the design and the color is really sleek. 01-04-13

Great Love this luggage. Tip for cleaning - mr clean magic eraser. Tried it after the luggage handlers got a little aggressive & it worked perfectly. No scratches & all of the black marks disappeared 10-26-12

Easy to tag a long The luggage is well designed. It is nice looking and turns and rolls very easily. The pull out handle is sort of flimsy. That would be my biggest complaint and the reason for giving it 4 stars. All the straps for keeping things where you put them are handy and the compartments are large. 06-30-12
