great for trips
I bought this to use on shore excursions when we go on our cruise later this year. Since I use a scooter most of the time and you can't take those on tour buses I thought this would help. I can walk a little and then sit when I need to and it will fold up small enough to carry on the bus.

Reviews are WRONG
I was concerned that this might be difficult to close up, but I was wrong. When opened, the material seat is flap and locks into place. To close it up, you simply lift up on the seat and the whole thing folds into about 6". To transport it this way is a breeze. If you want it further reduced in size, the legs fold up. That involves removing the screw on ear side. But as I said, it closed down to it's silhouette shape, and is light to handle. I am very pleased. It is smaller and closer to the body than other walkers.

Helpful caddy
We purchased this item for my mom, who has been in and out of the nursing home in the last 5 months. She is a popular gal in the halls w/her walker labeled "Cadillac of walkers".it is easy for her to sit in when she is fatigued and needs someone to push her. The walker folds nicely when we need to get it out of the way, which also means that it is convenient to transport. It has made her feel a little extra special since it is often the prompt of striking up conversation with those she doesn't know. We are all well pleased with the rollator. Thanks QVC.

Youthful!
Purple! It's purple! It's sporty looking, so it doesn't feel like granny's old used equipment. This is far more functional than a regular drugstore rollator. The large wheels make it so maneuverable and easy to roll over sidewalk cracks, thresholds, etc. People in crowds have been nicer and more accommodating when I use this rollator.
I'm young and have Myasthenia Gravis, which often affects my walking. I hated the thought of any walker, but once I saw this it made me feel so stylish and I've been getting out a lot more since it helps me walk further. When my legs or arms get too weak, it's extremely comfortable and stable to sit on and rest for as long as I need. Even when I'm pretty weak I can still manage to get it back into the car by lifting the back wheels in first behind the flipped up back seat, then pushing the rest of it in rather than trying to lift the whole thing at once. I don't always need it, but when I do I am so grateful for how fantastic it makes my life. I even use it when I can walk well but can't carry things because of my weak arms, and sometimes use it to bring in heavy items from the car (the seat is that roomy, and the bag holds a lot!).

Great Design !
Nice modern design. Easy to use, very stable and easy to transport. Much better than the regular 4-wheel walker. Just pull up on the seat strap and it narrows to about 6" wide at the handles and 10" wide at the rear wheels. My wife is 4' 11" and the lowest height is fine. The seat is very comfortable.

Helped me feel better about needing a walker
I hated the fact that I need a walker. Saw just a minute or two of the presentation on QVC and took a chance ordering the purple. Was on waitlist for a long time. When it arrived I was afraid to open the box and just left if for several days. Friends came over and assured me that if I hated it, they could get it back into the box so, I could return it. Well, I kind of love it. It lets me go places feeling secure. The purple is fun and so many people comment on it and it is an ice breaker. I don't find it hard to fold up. It is a bit heavy to get into the car. But, the more times I do it....the easier it gets. I like the wide seat....use for my handbag when walking. I like the sturdy feeling. I am a big girl and the Rollator gives me good support. I have had it for about two months and I am pleased with this purchase. It is so much cuter than the walkers in the medical supply stores. If QVC came out with another pretty color, I would buy a spare.....I hate the "institutional" look of black and steel. Why not have something pretty? I think that the price is also very fair. Good job QVC.

Disappointing purchase
I just got this rollator and although I love the look of it and the color, The back wheels extend back too far and I felt too confined walking in between them. I also tripped over the extended back wheels! Unfortunately I am sending it back.

Lightweight Rollator
I was very happy when this rollator finally became available and my order could be filled. It arrived recently and needed no assembly except to remove the knobs that allowed the walker to be changed from the travel mode to one to be used daily. I extended the wheels as described in the set-up instructions, and it was ready to use. It takes less space than the rolling walker I have been using so that my shopping purchases will fit in the trunk with the extra space freed up with this more convenient walker. It is not necessary to take any steps to make the walker ready to use on a shopping trip, and it is easy to collapse. The separate bag attached to the front will be useful to store my purse or other small items. The cane holder will be convenient as well. I have not used it outside the home as yet but due to its lighter weight and smaller collapsed size, it will be much easier to remove from the trunk and use. I like the wide wheel base, which I feel makes it more stable, and I am certain even the physical therapists will agree it is a safe device to use as a walking aid.

Great mobility tool
I saw a fellow artist with a rollator and thought it a great idea because of my lack of mobility. Started looking and found several European models that were smaller and sleeker than the US models but were very expensive then found this unit. Read an earlier review about hard to fold but this folds so easily besides have a small car it fits nicely in it unlike other models that took up so much room. It is lite weight, can support my larger frame, it allows me to go greater distances at a faster pace than with a cane and can carry my art supplies when outdoor painting and provides me with a seat. Great unit for the price, luv it!

Disappointed Purchase
Rollator was very difficult to close for transporting. It's not ideal for someone who needs to have it transported daily because there are screws to undo first. Too long from base to the two rear wheels. I actually tripped over them. Seat was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I had to return this product.

Wish I had seen the video.
This walker is ONLY good as a walker or a temporary seat. Anyone that is truly disabled and can not walk should not consider this walker. The seat is mesh and not stable. It can tip easily. After I read the booklet that comes with it, I wish I had the booklet before I ordered. I would never have ordered it, nor waited on the wait list two months for it. It is a very expensive mistake.

freedom on wheels
I took this out for the first time last week. Took a little vacation to a tourist area with a lot of walking. I was able to walk with my friends and sit when I needed to let me be normal. Very light weight and easy to get out of the car. I can do it by myself. Had many comments of the color, I got the purple.
