- 4 oz Anderson Seafoods' Ahi Tuna Cubes
- 2 Tbsp scallions, chopped
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/8–1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 tsp honey
- 1–2 tsp sesame seeds
- Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
- Serve on small appetizer spoons, in a bowl with tortilla chips, or with lettuce cups to wrap around the tuna. Serves 6 as a small appetizer.
