I bought this Kitty for my adult son who lives alone. He absolutely loves his new kitty companion!

My only complaint is that the fur is not more like fur instead of like "troll hair". lol
Because of the less than premium fur, I think it's a bit expensive for what you get.
HOWEVER, my 22 month old LOVES it. I actually intended to give it to my mom who is in an assisted living facility. My husband opened the box and gave it to our son thinking it was for him. He refuses to go to bed without it next to him. He is potty training, and now the cat sits on the floor in front of my son, so he seems more patient.

I purchased the orange tabby for my Mother’s 98th birthday last week. She is legally blind and can no longer walk on her own and sits in her chair and listens to TV most of the day so she now has a friend to keep her company and she loves it as do all the aides in the assisted living facility!! She talks to it and pets it as it meows, purrs, stretches and raises its paw. She even took the kitty with her this past Saturday to her birthday party and everyone fell in love with it. Was asked if they had a black one so Hasbro buyer if you’re reading this, please make note. Box says good for ages 5 to 105 and they aren’t kidding!! It even sheds a little like a real kitty!! Best purchase ever!! Thank you!!!

I had purchased a similar orange and white lifelike cat from a store years ago to give to my friend who lived in an assisted living facility. Not only did she love the cat, but the caregivers would come into her room to play with the cat too. I found myself stroking the cat when I'd go to visit her as well. The cat seemed to be very realistic and was so interactive and entertaining. When my friend passed away at age 95, I got the cat back for myself.
I just ordered the Hasbro Lifelike Joy for all Companion Cat by Hasbro in gray and white from QVC to go with the cat that I'd inherited from my friend. I can't wait to receive it. I plan to take these cats to assisted living facilities for the residents to play with while they also interact with my two Therapy Dogs that I take to visit. I know that the residents will be thrilled.

I bought this for a person with dementia, who has an imaginary pet, and she loves to sit, and pet it. It soothes her when she's stressed.

I ordered this Cat for my 95 year old Grandma, who is in a nursing home. When it came I was so excited, it was so easy to use and so life like! When I took it to her she loved it so much she kept saying she couldn't keep it cause it would get her in trouble. The nurses told her it was ok, she could have it. Finally she said ok, that she would keep it. I was so happy, there aren't very many things that I can give my Grandmother for presents anymore and when I saw this I was thrilled. I would recommend this for someone in a nursing home or as a gift for a child who wants a toy that moves. Cheaper than other similar toys and more realistic.

I bought the tabby for my parents who are in assisted living. I liked it so much that I kept it and bought them another one. I'm allergic to cats and dogs. This is a fun alternative. It's worth the money because it is very interactive. It has many sensors and reacts differently to each sensor. Sometimes I turn it on mute if I get tired of the meow. Even when on mute, the cat still purrs and vibrates like a real cat. Call me crazy, but it's a lot of fun!

his is a very cute item but it is way overpriced. It should only be about $30.00.
