Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice This is the perfect charger in car to charge the halo bolt Has a nice circle of blue light to let u know your halo is charging. 01-09-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by nice addition This is a nice accessory for the halo bolt. Since the halo bolt has 2 USB ports, this adds the second USB cord to the halo bag (one comes with the halo bolt). also, we can charge the halo bolt while driving on trips. We have an RV and camp, so the DC option to recharge this will be handy when we dry camp too (like EAA Airventure). 01-06-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best purchase This is best purchase to have for the Halo charger , just in case electric goes out and can use this in the vehicle charger to recharge the halo bolt car charger. 12-05-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Worth It. Halo should really come with a USB charger so we can plug it into our ac outlet or car charger and not have to buy a separate car charger for an already expensive device. I don't know if this will work on newer vehicles that only have a USB port and not a car charger even though it says it's "universal". Also when you plug it in, a blue light comes on which is nice but it does not go out when you turn your car off so I have to remember to unplug it when I park my car at night so the light doesn't bring attention to it and risk having my car broken into, which has happened to me before. A fully charged halo is suppose to last one year so you probably don't need it but it's nice in case you want to use ac plug in items in your car on the road or while champing and need to charge your halo in order to do so. 11-30-16
