Hairdo 16" Ombre Clip-In Extension
Bought 2 colors and returned both the same day. It looks ridiculous because the ombré is done wrong. From clip to ends the ratio is off. 16 inch long... The bottom 11 inches of it is solid lighter color. The "ombré" is at the top 5 inches so it gets covered by your hair. Ends up being an abrupt color change, no 'ombré at all. If it were remade to where the bottom 4 inches was solid lighter color it would work. Please go back to the drawing board to create a piece that works. I love all my other hairdo pieces.
The caramel ombre is gorgeous!
It is the prettiest color extension I have ever seen. The piece has five individual clips you can put in your hair. It is easy to secure. Remember to pop the clips in. The do pop! Keep in mind that with ken paves' pieces, the artificial hair might look better than your own hair. I would not recommend this piece if your hair is not at least one of the colors in the extension. FYI the hair piece falls right around the shoulder blades. If your hair falls even mid way down your back, then your hair will be longer than the extension and it will not look flattering. Additionally, if you have a blunt cut, this clip-in will look very obvious. It works best if you have a short, layered style and your hair color matches the darker part of the extension. If your hair is to your mid back like mine is, then it will give you the illusion of peek-a-boo highlights, rather than ombre. I had to send the extension back because it wasn't long enough. You couldn't see it through my hair.
Blonde not good...
I ordered both blonde colors because I wasn't sure which one I would be. One did match my hair color perfectly. The top color is fine but the blonde which goes from almost half way to to the ends is like a platinum yellow color like doll hair. It looked so fake and just not wearable in real life at all. I would say the darker colors might be better since they would not be a platinum blonde color but definitely a thumbs down on the blondes.
