Love, Love This Product
I had never used a steam cleaner before. I saw the presentation on TV and my husband said that we needed one. He was the one that was going to be using it because I have had two back surgeries and am not able to lift anything heavy. We were so surprised when we got it. It was so light so I told my husband that I was going to try it. I have been cleaning now, the first time in years. Thanks for a lightweight product that people with health problems can use. I order a lot of things from QVC but have never ordered a product like this because I didn't think I could use them. I trust QVC now so much that I ordered a vacuum cleaner, a carpet cleaner, etc. Thanks again QVC for another great product.

I LOVE THIS STEAMER!!!!
I CANT BELIEVE SOME OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I HAVE THIS STEAMER FOR OVER A YEAR! I HAVE NOT HAD ONE PROBLEM AND THIS THING WORKS GREAT!!! I USE IT ALMOST EVERY DAY! DONT LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS CHANGE YOUR MIND, GO AHEAD AND GIVE IT A TRY!!

The Best Ever
This is my second Haan Stem Mop. i upgraded and so happy that I did. it does everything QVC says it does.

Worst product ever
Purchased this steamer back around Christmas after seeing the fabulous demonstration on air. Finally opened to use yesterday, 3 months after buying. Not only did the machine rattle and vibrate continuously, but it didn't create enough steam to clean a toothbrush. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase and mad at myself for not trying it before the 30 day return deadline. Will never make that mistake again. Always thought Haan made quality products, but was sadly mistaken with this piece of junk. Feel a bit betrayed by QVC on this sale, it truly deserves a zero star rating.

Doesn't Last
Floor steamers should not have to be replaced on a yearly basis. It did at least do a decent job of floors. The handheld section leaved a lot to be desired and it was horrible on grout!

Cheap!
I don't mean inexpensive, I mean cheaply made. I'm surprised mine is still working. My mother has the shark and when this one bites the dust I will be buying that one. I would not recommend.

Worst QVC purchase ever
We purchased this item and we were satisfied with its performance. However, one week after the warranty expired, the activation switch would not engage. We contacted Haan and were told to take the machine to a shop to repair. When we called about the warranty we asked if they would fix the machine since the machine broke within one week of the warranty expiration. The response was no and they would not even let us speak to a supervisor.
We have a great little repair shop near our home and took the machine in, as soon as they saw what we were bringing in, they said they didn't work on Haan. We again called Haan in order to get the part we needed, only to be told they didn't sell parts. They wanted to sell us more attachments for a broken machine! We will never buy anything from Haan again.

NOT WORTH THE $$$
I used this once, thought WOW, this is awesome. Until today when I physically got down on my hands & knees to clean the kitchen floor. Have to agree w/other reviews, it DOES NOT clean dirt up. It did a great job on my counter upholstered stools, but not worth keeping. Going back.

I'd love a refund, please!
I watched the review on t.v. like everyone and was impressed and immediately purchased it. I received it and it did and does nothing like they showed. I barely get any steam from the very first use. I tried steaming my shower doors but holding the unit on an angle keeps it from steaming. There is no other way to hold it but on an angle for your shower doors. My cheap Dirt Devil was a lot more impressive. EXTREMELY disappointed and since my 30 days is up, I can't even return the darn thing. This is my very first purchase from QVC that didn't satisfy me and believe you me, I've purchased a lot of things. Buyer beware. This product is far from brilliant.

Love this steamer!
Received my item just as described, I put it together in 5 mins and was ready to go, I used it on my kitchen linoleum which is in desperate need of replacing and it made it look so much better than when I mopped or hand scrubbed! It would have gotten 5 starts, but the handle part of the system is a little wonky in the sense that it feels like it may come apart but I know it's screwed together completely.

Do Not Purchase!!!
I bought this particular multi-steam cleaner w/handheld and 4 pads around the holidays to use for a rug in the family room. Although the steam came out immediately, the broom kept coming apart! After 3 different tries putting the connecting piece or holding the piece together during the usage, I gave up and returned the item. Save your money on this one. I am surprised though, Haan is supposed to be a very good company and instead they have produced a very flimsy steamer. To perfectly honest, if I could give this particular product zero stars, I would!!! If you are still interested in getting a Haan product, get another model.

Awesome!
My Mom gave this to me for Christmas and I LOVE it! Cleans our floor tile with ease, leaves our tile table shiny, as well as our granite counters...all with water! I was shocked when I saw bad reviews because I would never go back to what I was using before!
