Very disappointed in this laptop. It is extremely slow, keeps shutting itself off. Touch screen doesn't always work. Not a good product at all. I'm returning it.

Sending mine back after 5 days of using it. I should have known the first day. I used it for 10 minutes and had to call technical support. Do not bother with laptops other than Intel. From the beginning kept asking me to update the AMD and it kept updating half a day and then said unable to update. It's a brand new laptop. Would hate to see it a year from now. And the touch screen doesn't always work. The mouse pad has to be pressed real hard too. It kind of looks cheaply made. I do love the purple color though. I guess you do get what you pay for.
I am not trying to discourage anyone. If you really want to try it for yourself you should. You can always return it if it doesn't work out.

They sent me an open box (used) computer that was most likely returned. I got about an hour of use before it crashed. After restarting, it then got the blue screen of death. I reset it to factory but it still had the same problem. If yours doesn't come in a hp box, not just the brown box, it is a used computer. Most companies let you know if your buying an open box item and the price is always less, not here. You pay full price.

I received this laptop a couple days ago and was trying to play videos on it and there is no sound on it. I'm ticked. Getting in touch with HP is next to impossible.
