Sorry I purchased I purchased this computer a few months ago as a replacement. Set up was easy, picture, sound and speed were fine. However, this computer continually has issues with not starting up properly and the screen goes black constantly or locks up. Also, it will not allow me to properly navigate in emails and does not delete. This has happened several times. I'm not sure of the problem but it is not a product I would recommend. 01-03-13

OUTSTANDING 5 stars! Outstanding computer. The sound and graphics are amazing! This by far the best purchase I've ever made from QVC. So easy to set-up...I was running in just minutes. Very attractive looking. Best of all...everything is up in the monitor(no big tower on the floor) The keyboard is smooth and responsive to type on. If I could I would give it more than 5 Stars. 08-29-12

LOVE IT! I have had meltdowns setting up computers because I'm NOT a techie. This was the EASIEST install ever. About 15 mins from box to Internet. And it's beautiful. So sad it's gone. I am so glad I decided to do it!! My fav computer EVER. 05-25-12

Awesome! This computer is great!! It doesn't take up a lot of room, it's so much faster than my old one and the quality can't be beat. My favorite part is the Magic Canvas. My husband and I played with it for over an hour the first time we used the computer. Buy it!!! You won't be sorry. 05-05-12
