Very solid feeling laptop
I've had this for couple days now and find it has a nice feel to it. After I got through all the updates that it required. I finally got to really play around with it and give it the true Tech/geek test. It passed most of them.Setup didn't require any thinking. Using the mouse tracker on here is not as nice as on my Acer Iconica laptop. My palm seems to hit the edge of the laptop and it's not smooth edge. After awhile it hurts. I attached an external mouse that fixes that issue. Keyboard is nice and I had no issues using it. It's heavy, but that is expected for the size of this. This is meant to be a desktop replacement and not to be lugged around. Screen is beautiful and really nice viewing. I am having no glare issue on it. I even sat in sun light to test that. Sound is okay, but didn't give me a wow facter. Maybe it's just me. So far I have installed couple programs. I tried playing a game and notice that the fans start to kick in. Also it starts to get pretty warm. I couldn't tell if it was within the normal amount. There are number of issues about these units getting extremely warm. I can't tell if those are the older models and they fixed it in this series or not. I might return it for heat reason. As I type this, I can feel a little heat(under left corner), which is normal level. 3D feature was cool, but not sure how much I will use it. I stuck one of my 3D movies in and it was fun. Didn't seem to have any issues with 3D feature.
Over all it's good laptop. I expanded my memory on this so I could get the most of of the processor speed.
