I really am glad that I ordered this computer. It does meet all my needs out of a computer. It has alot of functions. I also trust QVC Products. That was a BIG Plus.

Best Buy!!!
This is the best purchase I have made.. I love this computer. I hate that QVC no longer has this item available. I would love to purchase another one for my sister. Thanks QVC!!! This is definitely a "Best Buy" .

Very Dissapointing
Very low functioning. Takes forever for any function and had to buy more software to bring it up to basic function- disconnects from the internet every two minutes. Very frustrating to use.

nothing but problems
I had nothing but problems from the moment I took this computer out of the box.Directions that came with it were a laugh.It is not a 2012 but a 2010 computer and it would not let me conect my printer would not load my infomation I had backed up from my old computer.Sent it back and went to the store and bought another one.

Disappointed
The monitor was faulty upon receipt. After 4 hours had to box back up to send back.

Great computer
I live in Louisiana and because we were dealing with hurricane Issac, i receive my order about 2 weeks, but it was worth the wait. I love this computer, it runs great. The computer was easy to set up. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Desktop for the price
I got the computer faster than expected. Was very easy to set up, only about 15-20 minutes. Very fast, love having the 5 yr. antivirus with it and the bundle of programs are good. Thank you QVC for another GREAT offer.

Bad
I got this computer yesterday and already having problems with it. Have talked to HP and they seem to not care. Just one issue, have had all updates which was alot and the problem still exist. So I am not pleased with the computer on this one issue, but I am going to try and work threw it.

Great computer
I have had the computer over a week now. I love the monitor, its nice, big and wide and all other other stuff that comes with. What I am most impressed was with the 5 year anti virus protection, So I know I wont have any worries for at least 5 years now. (:
The computer runs great. Perfect computer for the family, and I would recommend this computer to anyone. I have been looking for a family computer for awhile, since my last HP died that I had for 4 years gave out on me I knew it was time for a new upgrade.
Most importantly I wouldnt have been able to get this computer without the payment options. Thank you to QVC for making this happening. The only thing I was kind of dissapointed with was no built in webcam or speakers. I thought there was build in webcam and speakers but still is a great computer and I stil have speakers I can plug up on.
