Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great HP Product; software not so much I like this HP all-in-one and am surprised to read reviews stating it is slow or hard to set up. I had no such problems. The problems I experienced were with PC Mover. First, QVC sent an email suggesting we follow an instruction sheet, but no such sheet was received and tech support at PC Mover didn't know about it either. Using the software access card sent separately by QVC, I was able to start the file transfer but it bogged down. I had to get a tech person to do a manual transfer for me, using an ethernet cable. I think QVC should have advised us about how the individual software programs would have to be loaded one by one. But apart from software glitches, I am very happy with the all-in-one. I think the price for the package was still a bargain even though I am not using the software.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating Experience I was so excited to get this all-in-one. It's sharp looking in white, but I was disappointed I did not get software with the unit. I waited close to a week and received a flimsy card that instructed me to log on to a website and put in code numbers (The software is lame and many items are only good for a year). First thing I wanted to do was transfer data from my old PC to this new computer. It took between 15 and 20 hours to get this done. A day or two later some of the icons on my desktop disappeared and then the next day I was alerted by a beeping. The BIOS needed to be updated. I didn't even know what that was, but I followed the instructions. It never would update. So after going online and talking with an HP rep and getting a case number, I called the number I was given and the tech tried without success to update my BIOS. He said it was corrupted. I have now received a large box from HP so that I can send this unit to a repair place over 900 miles away!! I am worried that the information that was transferred might be compromised. I will pack the monitor up tonight and get it sent out. I think I am going to return it to QVC when it comes back, but then that means I have to pack it up one more time. Not worth the stress I've had to deal with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from poor customer service I have been trying to get through to the service to help me install all the included software and have been on hold for at least one half hour each time "waiting for next available technician." This has been going on since I received the computer several weeks ago. I am hoping when I finally get things installed it will be okay but am not optimistic at this point.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HP Technical Support is Unsatifactory Please STOP...!!! The technical Support for HP is so BAD I start getting myself upset with them. Can't understand the heavy accent and I simply have had alot of problems allowing HP Support from foreign countries like India go inside your computer to fix a problem and totally destroy your computer AND your trust in them. STOP, STAY AWAY FROM DESTROYING YOUR SANITY...!!!

I'M TOTALLY UPSET OVER THE WHOLE DEAL. IT WAS DEFECTIVE. I CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT BUT WHEN I WENT TO GET ON MY BANKS WEBSITE IT KEPT TELLING ME MY PASSWORD WAS INVALID AND I KNEW IT WASN'T. IT WORKED ON MY LAPTOP BUT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THIS COMPUTER OR KEYBOARD. IT GOT MY ACCOUNT ALL MESSED UP WITH THE BANK AND I CAN'T GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT UNTIL MONDAY. MY BANK IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND. IT KEPT TELLING ME MY PASSWORD WAS WRONG SO THE BANK LOCKED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE TOO MANY ATTEMPTS AT TRYING MY PASSWORD. IT HAD TO BE WITH THE COMPUTER DOING SOMETHING WRONG. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS ORDER, I DID SEND THE COMPUTER BACK TODAY. AND IT WAS HARD TO BELIEVE HOW WE DIDN'T GET ANY KIND OF SOFTWARE OR ANYTHING. WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL?? MARMARGAR, CALIFORNIA

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellet purchase i really love this new hp labtop. this is the first time I purchased an hp and am very happy with it. it is fast and love windows 10. however, when I call tech support they could not help me with connecting my printer I was forward to another tech and had to pay 79.95 for them to help me. I am not sure what tech support that comes with this service does for you. I thought they could help me unfortunately they charged me. all in all I am very happy with this labtop and would recommend this purchase to everyone. also easy pay help a lot. thank you qvc for this wonderful offer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money and save your sanity I received this computer in just 3 days and was thrilled until I discovered no software. Called and was told that QVC was aware of the problem. Several days later my account stated it had been ordered. The next dat I received the message it had been sent. A week later it arrived. Great now I could finally set it up. While setting it up with Cortina the computer froze. Screen would not do anything. No touch worked. The remote keyboard wouldn't work and the on screen keyboard would not open. Frustrating to say the least. After 2 days of intermittent problems it is going back. I could not even use the software that I had waited for because the screen kept freezing . I would rate it 0 if possible.
