I absolutely love the computer could live without the printer. The printer isn't that great it's very slow and the saturation of the ink is not good. I plan on rewiring the printer if I can.

I purchased the HP with no problems and it was easy to set up and download . I understand that you can come across some quirks now and then according to other reviews but I have always been happy with HP and have had no problems with customer service on either end of QVC or HP for that matter. I hope this helps others deciding whether or not to purchase one. HP IS a great product!

I finally was going to put my ancient desktop, about 15 years old, to rest. It is slow but still able to do what I need, and it opens all I need to open, including Facebook, the games thereon, and youtube. Well this computer took 3 days of struggling along to download all the updates, then it still dragged along at a snails pace. Would freeze up with only one screen open. Would not allow opening of Facebook, would not play videos, would not open anything on youtube. I was screaming in frustration!! The last straw was turning it on and finding I could no longer type the M the comma, and the period to the left of the M!! I called tech support and they told me to return it as they wouldn't be able to help with the hardware issues on this laptop. Since no more are available, I had to return the laptop and the printer. What a royal pain. I am back to using old reliable desktop!

With this, my very first purchase on a Laptop, for contemporary communications measures, I'm left holding the proverbial Bag! The notebook I was shipped has a FAULTY & non-functioning Operating System, (System Update Impossible) after fewer than thirty days. One MORE thing which I feel was failing Serve Consumers of QVC is Their Announcement of This Product Being SEVENTH GENERATION when it is not. Another very annoying feature to my experience of it was, being & because a TSV, the items sold out. With that, we, the Purchaser were NOT ABLE to GO BACK & Investigate or take a good look at The Laptop Specifications, whatsoever! And a day or so later, the PIC of it was also missing, altogether, stating, "Out of Stock". No matter if it's sold out, I feel pretty strongly, that WHEN I BUY from QVC or any other merchant, I ought be capable, that is ALLOWED, view my own product(s)! Insanity abounds! I wasn't impressed with the Sound at the all of it, sounded as if I was inside a thick, cardboard box or small tuna can. So, because this op system is beyond repair, I AM Grateful for the crash PRIOR to the first month's end & choose Focus on The Positive! I love HP & will probably go direct, using PayPal, I think, once my refund is processed & returned to me, that is. Disappointed, yes. HP said it's some, crazy fluke & blamed QVC for the mishap. I say, We Are, Each & All, Doing Our Best! And, there IS some, yet known Purpose for the trouble, leaving me without a device to get to the web! I can take it. Just really sorta sad my first laptop is such a boat anchor. QVC, like every other doing business, was one I turned to for the purchase, as I'm willing to cough over a few extra bucks for the priviledge of Timed, Monthly Installments. They are good about Returns or Exchanges, too, at The Q. I know HP puts out a great product, so, consider this whole gig Quite The Learning Curve, eh?! Hope all others making this sizable purchase are left greatly Satisfied & Enjoy The Web Access! Thanks, Shannan
