Not a comlainer but
I was relieved to see that I was not the only one having problems with this computer.
I loooooove QVC but am soooo sorry I bought this computer. I should have stayed with
Dell after my experience with this HP Computer. Not to say they are all bad but this
one was fine for the first 7 months or so and then the glitches began.. The circle spun so much I was hypnotized! Now I am getting script errors and cannot download anything!!
Wish I had a new Dell. I still have my old one which has been my old standby for
use while I deal with this Lemon!

Problems
I have had problems with this HP from the start. What went wrong. I need a new program too put on this HP. Help. Help. I have the warrenty, so I need help. For the price on the HP was not worth it.

HP Support fantastic
I had to use HP support for this product which still was within the 1 year warranty. HP support was fantastic. Talked me through fixing my laptop over the phone and I am not techno savvy. THey saved the evening.

What you need when you need it.
Great computer!! We use it for business and live streaming and it never slow down. Never had any problem I highly recommend it.

Terrible
Bought this computer in March 2012 and it's already fried. Past QVC's 30 period, so nothing can be done with them. They gave me 1-800 number to contact HP but have not called them yet. HORRIBLE PRODUCT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

HP NOTEBOOK
Yes I would recommend in buying this HP Notebook. Ordered Pink and rec'd Pink. It has so many things on there the I was impressed with is one it has post-it notes you can place on your screen. A cool idea and you save on paper/waste....SWEET! and great color screen picture! But overall I'm happy with my Pink HP Notebook!!!

battery
battery dead and i havent had it for a year only gee only six months. dont know if i will purchase anther from here again.

Great Computer For Deployment!!
Bought this computer for my deployment. Bought it 8 months ago. Use it on a daily basis and never had a problem with it. Recommend as great deployment computer.

Dead before 1year anniversary
I've had no problems with my HP laptop whatsoever. Sometimes it froze but maybe it was the programs. I was happy BC it had tons of memory and was fast. The price is one thing that bothered me. You can get the same laptop with DreBeats (special sound) for the same price or less. Last night my computer went dead. The screen came on saying I shut it down incorrectly, I turn it back on but its dead. I'm very upset I would never buy from HP or QVC again. I didn't get a warranty and now I'm checking to see if I can get it looked at by HP. My Dell desktop NEVER gave me problems no more laptops for me.

I love this computer
It is just a dream to use.. no problems what so ever. Not once have I called for support and I am not a computer geek. I am self taught, never taken a computer class. It is a large computer for a laptop.. but, I bought it as a back up to my home PC.. or if I travel.. I can take it.. but know that it is large. Web cam works great.. has a lot of built in features which I like. I hate to add programs.. I even skype now! Yes I like it!

Went From Good To Bad
The notebook was wondering right up to 2weeks after the 30 day point and after that I got blue screens, error messages saying hard disk error 301, which means my hard drive was going out. How can that be when I just bought this notebook, I'm thinking a lot of these laptops are defective and that's why their sold as bargains on QVC. It makes no sense to me that this laptop hard drive went out after 1 1/2 months. It must happen often for when I looked it up on google I seen so many ppl complaining about the same thing. Well, I don't think I will get another laptop from here. I got this laptop to play my sims 3 games and lost everything after I had put everything on this laptop, so devastated.

Excellence
My daughter is finally taking on the challenge of college and this was my gift for her. She loves it! I tried to get her trade my HP for hers and she wouldn't budge. Easy set-up and no problems!
