Too many service calls I have the 8 GB version of this computer - in the month and a half that I have owned it, I've had to made 5 service calls to fix problems - right now the screen is black, it's making a noise and the keyboards and mouse don't work. When it works, it works well, but when it doesn't it's a nightmare - 1 service call took 3 days to resolve the problem. 01-22-13
if you are a first time laptop user...... This is my second dell, and my 4th laptop, not excited about the Widows 8 os. It is a little tricky to get to the settings bar, and the start menu if you have not used a laptop before. The touchpad is really smooth, and the keys are nice, but I am no dummy when it comes to computers, and I am having problems with it. 01-18-13
