Worst Computer I Ever Purchased! I usually don't submit reviews, however, because this was such an awful experience, I don't want anyone else to experience this situation. I am a small business owner and I purchased this computer because of its portability and backlit keyboard. After I loaded all my files on it and used it a few times, it crashed, within 2 months of purchase, for no reason. It was a headache repacking it and sending it back as well as not knowing if my files will be accessed because I couldn't clean the computer since it wouldn't power on. Do yourself a favor, don't purchase this product. 01-06-13
Huge disappoinment! No wonder! After a frustrating afternoon I went on the HP Website and it is no longer highlighted as a "new" computer being offered and the reviews are not so good. Here is my experience 1. the keyboard is very sensitive and did not respond to it being adjusted. The keys are placed very shallow so there is little control. 2. It kept rebooting itself although no new software was downloaded 3. can't see spending almost $1,200 for this piece of junk. I don't recommend the purchase. 01-04-13
