I received this laptop on Monday, by Wednesday it would no longer turn on! Ordered for my son for school.use..... VERY disappointed! Returning product for a FULL refund. I have read other reviews on this computer (after purchase) and it seems like I am not.the only customer with the computer not working.

Easy to use. Good size. Needs updates often to work at its best.

I have been looking for a small laptop that would be a good travel lap top, light and enough tools to be able to connect when traveling, but without needing all the bells and whistles of a bigger laptop or computer. It is light, and has just the right amount of tools for what I needed, however - the internal keyboard does not work well, and half the time does not even register the letter/key I hit. The mouse pad is almost as sensitive and since the PC Treasures Software, 13" Slipit Sleeve & Wireless Mouse has still not been delivered, I have tried to hit the keypad as the instructions directed, but still is hit or miss.
The laptop I write this on is an HP 17in and quality is excellent , as powerful as any full size PC, so I thought even though small and light, this HP Stream would at least have quality workmanship - I was wrong . It would defeat my purpose of a small laptop to have to carry around a keyboard with me, unfortunately I will have to send back once all the tools arrive.

I have had this product for a month and think it is a very handy tool! Windows 10 and MS Office 365 are wonderful. The screen is very sharp, not blurry at all. I've utilized it for resume writing, easy transfer of e-books from libraries to e-reader, and Outlook mail. There is so much more to explore on it also.
The 11" HP Stream has tutorials both from HP and MS for Windows 10 available to use to learn about the product and programs in a methodical way that makes sense.
I almost didn't go for this purchase because of some of the reviews. I am so happy I decided to give it a try! Just keep in mind it is not a desktop computer. It is primarily designed for portability and you will not be disappointed!

Never unhappy with QVC but this product, not worth purchasing. I write, that is all I do on this laptop. Microsoft hit me for a subscription 30 days after purchase to keep Word. Screen is very blurry and hard to read, will not keep the adjustments so have to change the screen each time I want to write.
It "lost" the internet explorer instant icon, now have to go through 3 steps to access the internet for research. Spent 3 hours last night just trying to turn it on and power up. Bought last September, owned 6 months, expensive paperweight.

It takes forever to shut down and one night, I didn't wait for it to go off completely and when I tried to get on it the next day--it was locked up and wouldn't do anything. It's really slow and I don't think it's worth the money. I'm going to be sending it back.

I have not been able to connect to the internet for some reason and there is not an Ethernet port for physical connection. This was not a good choice for me. Otherwise good laptop maybe for children.
