Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multiple Uses Several times my friend has used it to help out someone that needed a jump in the parking lot. They sort of skoffed at him when he pulled it out but were so amazed how well it worked. I have charged my phone when I wasn't near a plug and I have powered up items and used when I did not have a regular wall outlet within reach. Definitely good to have on hand for all sorts of uses--if power goes out I have options!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I got this December of 2016, charged it as the instructions said, put it in my car and truly forgot about it. A year later in December 2017 I was leaving the grocery store, and an older couple parked next to me in an old car, needed a jump. Well I offered to do it, and then remember about my Halo; when I brought it out, the man first asked me what it was, and then said " that little thing ain't gonna help" but, guess what?? it did! and to tell you the truth, I was as surprised as he was....A week later, I did something stupid, lets not get into details, and I used it again in my car, and again, it worked!!!! All this with the charge I did a year before. So, I believe, everybody needs one of these mighty little things in their cars. Just saying!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't Charge Battery as advertised I have had my HALO for about a year and have only needed to use the flashlight function until today. My car battery died and I followed the instructions precisely and never got the solid green light for charging after several attempts, went from blinking green to no light. So I had to call AAA for assistance, the mechanic was able to jump my car immediately after putting his charger on it. He told me it usually takes an hour or two for the portable charges to work, if then. I'm happy it worked for some of the other reviewers, but for me all I can say is ... its the most expensive flashlight I've ever purchased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just a charger for regular items...jump Just a charger for regular items....jump starter feature does not work. I was foolish enough to purchase two as a gift and when it came time to use the jump start feature, I had to rely on someone to jump start me. This is so darn sad!! and disappointing. Why why why did I wait so long to test this out!!! But when you don’t have a car die on you, you have no reason to use the jumpstart feature. What a waste of $200!!!!
