With the price of these shoes being almost $100 off on clearance, I decided to give them a try, as I have been eying them for a while. The suede is gorgeous. The heel is high but still doable to walk comfortably (maybe not on your feet all day). The upper is a little snug on me but I think just walking will stretch them a bit. The brown color is a gorgeous milk chocolate color and I have nothing like it in my collection. I also got the black. I wish the zipper was on the inside like most boots I have, it just seems easier to slip your foot into. Also, the fur is a nice wintery touch but it is a bit thin and feels a little cheap. Overall, nice boots, glad I got them.

Everything I would expect from a Halston designer. It is with a heavy heart however that I must return them as they are too narrow for me, even with a hosed stocking. They are otherwise a very comfortable attractive heel. Loved that I'm a Cindy. Disappointed I can't seem to wear a medium width high heel but recommend them if you can wear a medium width as they are gorgeous.

Great deal on these great looking boots. Not so great when arrived. They were a nice looking ankle boot but the fit was not great. I wear a 7.5 but ordered an 8 for room for socks and they were extremely snug with only a thin dress sock. They have a zipper up the back which makes it easy to slip your foot into the boot, but the zippers where very hard to zip and unzip. I do not think that the zippers would have lasted long. I was disappointed since the were very nice looking, had a nice chunky high heel and a fantastic deep tread on the heel and sole. Too bad! Nice look. Poor design!

This was a really nice boot but had poor arch support. I tried walking around in them for a short time but without good support they became uncomfortable quickly.

I purchased this boot without realizing it had this 4" heel. Because I am 5' 11" tall I don't need a 4" heel so I took these to me local shoe repair just to ask if he could reduce the heel by 2" (if he said no I was going to return them) but he said yes! He cut off 2" and I am over-the-moon.
I still want a pair of these in black but the day I ordered them they were already sold out in size 11. I asked if I could be put on the wait list for black they assistant acted like she never heard of a wait list at QVC and told me no! Today they decided to have a clearance and I am so broken hearted because I cannot get them in black. Of all of the ankle boots for sale on QVC these are the most sheik. I remember these being all the rage in the early 1960's and my mother had a pair. These are just too classy and I hope that next year some designer will do these again…in black. I prefer wearing dresses or skirts vs. slacks and these are far classier with dresses and skirts than leather boots.

True to size. I will put a gel insert for added comfort as they would need it for extended wear but I tend to do that with most my shoes anyway. These are gorgeous!

I have always been a Halston fan, so H by Halston is becoming a favorite. I know that you take a chance when ordering boots before trying them on; however, these were worth the gamble! I prefer to wear a thin sock sometimes with my boots, so I went up a half size. The fit is perfect and the style is so classy! I usually wear a 5 inch heel anyway, so this height is no problem for me. I wear them for hours on end and no problem. I may go back for another color!

This boot looks GREAT, but it does not feel that good. The problem is not the height. The problem is the malleability of the material, which is not as pliable as it should be. It feels a bit cardboard-y so I knew I would have problems with it. Perhaps I have been spoiled by some fashion meets comfort boots I have from Clarks and Isaac Mizrahi, but unfortunately these are going back.
