VERY POOR QUALITY - BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
Everything I've purchased since becoming a QVC customer has been terrific, that is, until today. I was very anxious to receive this black handbag. However, when opening the box, I was so disappointed with the bag's quality and smell. Don't know whether this bag has been around for a long time, but the outside was sticky to touch, the zipper pulls and zipper function wouldn't work properly, and the smell was HORRIBLE! Guess that's what I get for trying to save a buck. The box was sealed up and sent back ASAP! I'll stick with genuine leather bags from now on! Definitely not impressed with this purchase.

I can't understand why people didn't like this purse. I thought it was great. Room enough for my stuff. I had purchased a purse that was more expensive,but this one is way better.

Going back...
I wanted to like this purse, it's a style I usually love. However, the zippers do not work without a struggle, the purse looks like plastic, and I am returning it after trying it for a week. I actually hid it under my chair at a dinner where all the women had cute purses...mine looked like a dollar store purse compared to theirs...and I know theirs were NOT expensive baqs...just not cheap looking and nonfunctional. When I had to unzip the bag at the table to open it, it took forever and had to have someone hold it while I wrestled with it. I am not a purse "snob", but this is embarrasing to carry....

Great Bag!!
I ordered this bag in the leopard and it is beautiful. It is like a shiney patent leopard print. I have been looking for an animal print bag for some time now and I was thrilled when I opened this one when it came in the mail. I love all of the storage and different compartments that this bag has, but yet it is still fairly compact. Love the bag. Pam MI

Looked cheap
Seemed like it just what I wanted on tv, but the product didn't live up to the presentation. When it was delivered it looked cheap and was overpriced. Sent it back.

Poor Quality
The bag on QVC looked lovely. I was really disappointed when it arrived. I ordered it in gray and it looked very cheap and poorly made. The clip on the shoulder strap wouldn't open wide enough to clip over the bag's ring. This was just the configuration I was looking for but would not be proud to carry it. The pink lining is visible where you close the outside zippers and the dangling staps look silly if you do decide to use it as a shoulder bag. The price surely exceeds it's quality!

Great in the Grey!
Being very picky with purses, I took a chance on this because I thought the grey/stingray option is very unique and I really have not seen that texture around. Well I am very pleased with this bag! I have not had any problems with my zippers and love all of the different compartments, such a plus. The color is lighter than it looks online and has more marbling too with some taupe and varying shades of grey and then black. Of course I am sure no 2 are exactly alike either, kind of like tie-dye in a way? I love the shape also!

LOVE THE COMPARTMENTS
IF YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BAG WITH COMPARTMENTS, YOU'VE FOUND IT. THE CENTER SECTION IS HELD TOGETHER WITH A VERY STRONG SNAP AND IT IS DEEP ENOUGH THAT YOUR ITEMS WILL STAY PUT. PLUS THE OTHER ZIP COMPARTMENTS. IT IS JUST A TEENY BIT SMALLER THAN I HAD HOPED FOR, BUT IT STILL HELD EVERYTHING I WANTED IN THERE. I LOVE HAVING THE SHOULDER STRAP AND DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM AT ALL WITH THE OTHER HANDLES ON IT AS SOME REVIEWERS DID. I GOT IT IN GRAPE, AND IT IS A DEEP RICH PURPLE, JUST GORGEIOUS. VERY GOOD QUALITY. I THINK THE VALUE ON THIS PURSE IS GOOD, BUT I WOULDN'T PAY ANY MORE THAN THIS FOR IT EITHER.

Definitely A KEEPER
When I first opened the box and saw the bag I thought it looked and felt way too stiff. Well, the packaging is phenomenal. Once unstuffed, this bag is awesome. And the color grey has a greenish blackish cast to it.........loving it even more~!! Lots of compartments and space. My first Gretta bag and definitely not my last.~!!

I LOVE THIS PURSE
I own the leopard style in this purse and I think it is awesome. It has three large compartments, two zip and one snaps and the organization is fabulous. I get compliments on this purse everytime I use it. I like the the handles better then the long strap and the length of the handles fits perfect over your shoulder. My mom owns this same purse in the leopard and she loves it too!!!!!

Lovely bag
I bought this bag in black. I was very pleased with the look and feel of the bag, along with the interior and exterior compartments. It has lots of room, and I like large bags. There are enough compartments in the bag for me to organize the items so that I can go exactly to the part of the bag that has the item I need. This was my first Gretta purchase, but it will not be my last.

Love It
I have received so many complements on this bag. I ordered the grape color and it is so rich looking. I think it is very roomy and I love big bags. The compartments are perfect. I prefer the handles, I will not use the long strap.
