Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW great pan for healthy additive-free food Great pan for making no-salt bacon and other chemical, salt or additive free food. As recommended, bake thicker slices...too thin, and they burn. Previously had to use flat grates on other low-sided pans...what a pain! This product...FABULOUS! Adequate room for grease to drip down; and, long tongs are designed for ease in picking up food. Just spray with non-stick cooking oil for easy cleanup. Flip grate to soak both sides. My next use...beef jerky. I reused plastic over pan and grate for storage on its side. Takes up very little room in cabinet. A huge benefit. HIGHLY recommended! Only concern... some of the wire waves are not attached to rack. Hope it lasts!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's Just OK Like the concept of this pan as I prefer to make bacon in the oven but unless you use a lot of cooking spray the bacon definitely sticks. And you need a very generous amount of spay. It's also difficult to clean even when you can get the bacon not to stick. It's ok, I use it but hate cleaning it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bacon Maker Awesome!!! I read the reviews and some said the bacon would stick. I didn't experience any issue with that other than small areas where the bacon had to be wiggled a bit. I used cooking spray before cooking and followed directions. I cooked the bacon to limp and to crisp based on how long I left it in the oven Clean up was a breeze. Thick bacon needs to be placed in every other groove, thin bacon can be placed closer together. Just as when cooking bacon on a pan in the oven, you don't get the amazing golden texture of bacon cooked on the stovetop but you also don't have to stand there for twenty minutes. It's less greasy and takes almost no time. I would buy this again!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it. I fallow the instructions on the video and the bacon comes out Fine. I sealed it in a bowl, keep it in the refrigerator and heat it up in the microwave for 30 seconds when want to eat it. there's no splatter on my oven or Stove. It does not stick to the rack. I gave it only 4 stars mostly for the rack, because the pan would only work for the Bacon. Is of cheap quality, no good for baking or broiling.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did not care for We found that the bacon did not want to get evenly crisp and it was hard to remove from the pan even tho we had sprayed it with cooking spray. I gave away the grid pan and kept the sheet pan. Disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic Pan, with some modifications This pan has freed me from a life of aluminum foil-covered baking sheets. Ignore the included directions as they are garbage. Preheat the oven to 425F. Spray the rack liberally with Pam. Lay your bacon in the rack, but leave an empty slot between each piece. If you use every slot, the bacon will take hours to cook. Skipping a slot and using a higher temp means my thick cut bacon is done in 20-25 mins. The included tongs are essential to removing the bacon with minimal breakage. I like to gently wiggle each piece until it is loose and then remove it. Cleaning. This is tough because it has to be done as soon as possible. The rack cools quickly, but it needs to be sprayed with hot water and scrubbed as soon as it is done. The included baking sheet is non stick and doesn't need as much pampering as the rack.
