Lemon Twist can't Twist
Gave as Christmas Gifts Lemon Twist was a solid block in the bottle, could not even break up. Disappointed. Others were great-it appears that I am not the only person who was diasaapointed with this one. Would not recommend -if this happened to one it could happen to the others. Expensive mistake.

No twist for the lemon!!
I was very excited to try these salts but the lemon twist, 'did not twist" it was one solid block. Liked the other flavors but sent is back. I will try again with different flavor. Thank goodness QVC has such a great customer service!

Poor quality
I was excited to try these salts. My first shipment arrived & the lemon twist apparently had been exposed to dampness & was a solid mass. Customer Service shipped a replacement to me gratis but the lemon twist grinder was solid also. I would not purchase another Sea Salt product from Blue Jean Chef.

Disappointed
I was so anxious to get these salts -- I've purchased other flavors in the past and they are great. The Lemon twist was completely "glued" together -- I tried chipping it out with a sharp pairing knife but decided it wasn't worth the possibility of cutting myself. Besides, this isn't how it's suppose to work, so I returned them.

Love the flavors
I have Gourmet Nut's other salt set and use it all the time, so I was very excited when this new set came out. I really think the Spanish Rosemary salt stands out above the rest. The lemon salt was a little hard and clumpy but I was able to separate it a bit by banging a butter knife on it. This is the one complaint that I have, but I guess it is understandable since the salt has no anti caking agents in it and lemon is naturally sticky.

Infused Sea Salt Grinder
I agree with John's Mom -- Cannot recommend either - the lemon salt was very hard and damp when it arrive. I tried to chip it out of the bottle and let some of the loose salt "dry" out. It continued to clump up and not able to use. It taste great. I was really diappointed in the product.

Was excited to receive this set only to find the lemon salt was very hard. I did manage to chip it out of the bottle and let the lose salt on the counter to "dry" out. However, this salt continues to clump so when I use it, I open the jar and dig at the top to loosen the salt and proceed to grind. The taste is wonderful but too bad it does clump. Will think twice before ordering again.

very good flavors
I gave this a 4 because like other viewers the lemon salt is hard as a rock and I had to throw the lemon out. Is there anyway Blue Jean Chef that you can fix this situation ? It does have a good taste.

WAS REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THE LEMON TWIST...
...HOWEVER, WHEN I RECEIVED IT, IT WAS STUCK TOGETHER LIKE GLUE. UPON SEEING THE PREVIOUS 2 REVIEWS, I SEE THIS IS COMMON. I RETURNED THE ITEMS AND AM HOPING WHEN I RECEIVE THE NEW SET OF SALTS, THE PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.

LIKE IT!!!
Really like the Sea Salts..ordered the other set before..ordered 2 sets of the infused salts
and was really excited only to have both the Lemon Salts hard as rock candy..after breaking both jars of salt up only to have them get rock hard again. When I can get it to grind really good...but WHY is this!!! Is any one else having this problem??

Great Salts
I love the infused flavors of these salts. I especially love the Lemon Twist salt. I wish the salts were sold individually. The lemon salt in the set was really compacted and I had to take a knife to loosened it so that I could use the grinder. The flavors were just what I needed. Now let's bring on Lime Twist - margaritas are waiting!
