A breeze to use and stays pristine; IF some strict maintenance is followed, to wit:. (1) do not use any non-stick sprays; (2) do not use sharp knives on its surface; (3) do not melt butter or heat oil in empty pan unless on Low Heat; and (4) the best procedure is to apply sauce, oil, butter, spices, etc to the food before frying rather than to an empty pan. To sear steak, heat dry pan on High, add meat and sear each side for one minute, then reduce heat to Medium. If food sticks at all or pan takes any elbow grease to clean, you've done something wrong, so don't do it again or you'll be sorry.

I almost wrote a glowing review after a couple of uses. I nearly ordered another one at that time. Very glad I didn't. For the first few uses (maybe five) this pan was a dream. I was convinced that this was the best pan I had ever had. Then I put a little olive oil and fried up two veggie burgers. I like the burgers well-done. That was the beginning of the end of this pan. I worked very hard to get what was stuck on to it clean. Since then, eveyr time I use it, it gets harder and harder to clean The sponges with the smile on it from QVC (forget the name) do not work on this pan. The actual stuck-on that is food left over has an unusual hardness to it. I've never had a pan where stuck-on food had this odd consistency. I am about throw it out. I will try one more thing, steel wool. Haven't used it in years but this "nonstick" pan requires the big guns. I can tell that even with steel wool it will take a lot of scrubbing. BTW, in the photos that I posted, I don't remember what I cooked to make it look like that, but no matter what it is that is cooked in the pan looks like that.

We ordered the 10.25 and 12.5 inch Gotham Steel pans. They were incredible at first, but after approximately 6 weeks they have all but lost their nonstick qualities. My eggs now stick and burn. Had high hopes for this product but now am very disappointed. Returned for refund.

Watched w/tongue in cheek, but was looking for such a pan. I have a 10 and 12 inch which are sometimes either too big or too small. This size is perfect and the ceramic coating is wonderful. No stick, no scrapes (and I used metal utensils). Fits my needs to a T.

I was genuinely shocked when I first used this pan. I just fell in Love with it and will not let anyone use it but me. I am just waiting until I can collect a whole set of these. I just use this for everything I make now, even in the oven. Just thrilled cannot overstate how great this product is. Thank you for this opportunity to tell others how good it is. I have told my friends how great the pan is....

Love this pan mainly because it is non stick and it is as light as a feather to wash and clean. Its my go to pan for just about everything except omelets. Please bring in an eight or nine inch pans to make those. So happy I don't have to bring out those old heavy pans just to make Sunday morning French Toast and break my wrists trying to hold them while I wash them.

I was pretty hesitant when ordering these pans then I made a cheese crips and it didn't stick, some eggs and they didn't stick. I can't wait to see what else works.
