Warped on first use
This is not up to QVC standards, mine warped before the first six strips of bacon got crisp

GARBAGE - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
This item is garbage, literally! It warped by the end of the fist use. And because it was already past 30 days, I was not able to get my money back. This griddle is cheap and very poor quality. It is not usable due to severe warping. Read the other reviews, apparently warping is a chronic problem. What a waste!!

Love my Griddle!!
I love this griddle. I use it often for bacon, pancakes, grilled cheese, burgers, etc. I have his pots and pans also and love them!! So easy to clean!
I have noticed that the finish has come off of the bottom in some places but it has not effected how it cooks. Most likely this has happened because I cook with gas and use a high flame. In the oven I've had no problems with his finishes on any of my other pieces.

I used it this morning & it worked beautifully. I wanted it for beacon, eggs, & pancakes.

GOOD PAN
I like this square grill pan. It can accomodate a lot of food and it cooks evenly. I especially like that the silicone handle can be removed easily so it can go into an oven up to 500 degrees. I've had no problem at all with warping.

This is a piece of JUNK
I will never buy another product that Gordon Ramsay is endorsing. This griddle is by far the worse purchase I have ever made thru QVC.
On first use at medium temperature this thing warped instantly. Now I have a 12 inch square piece of JUNK.
I just recently purchased a Kitchenaid griddle and it did not warp on first use. What a difference.
I am concerned about the quality that QVC is selling lately. QVC might want to revisit there purchasing program and the QVC buyers.

Don't waste your money
I bought this griddle thinking it looked like a real nice griddle. I got it in the mail and it was warped, so I sent it back and asked for a replacement. Got the replacement and it was warped also. Don't waste your money.

Warped and peeled after one use
Purchased this for my daughter in her new house along with a set of Rachel Ray pots and pans. No problem with the Rachel Ray set, but this Gordon Ramsey griddle warped and peeled after one use on medium heat on a smooth top range.

Warped immediately
I wanted to love this griddle - and, if you stand and hold it level, it's fine. If you leave it unattended it doesn't cook the food evenly, because it warps when heat is applied. Too bad - nice size and good price. Will have to shop for a replacement.

Warped
I got this pan for Christmas and after just moving into my new place - FINALLY used it for the first time. I was really excited because I thought I was getting a GREAT quality pan with a chef's name standing behind it.... well I was wrong. Warped right on the stove top as I was using it for the first time. I am annoyed.

Awesome Size
This is my first ever Gordon Ramsay product! I am sold! The quality is awesome! It's very well made and the size is amazing. I can cook pancakes and burgers quickly for my large family.
I would definately recommend this to ANYONE who loves to cook.

good griddle
Just received this griddle and had used it once but, found it to work fine.I had a round griddle pan for many years from our first set of Cooks Essentials that lasted almost 10 yrs.I was looking for one in the Technique Aniodized to go with our newest set .When I saw this one on special and a good size and being square it was too good not to try .The only reason I gave it a 4star not a 5 is being very smooth on the bottom and did slide a little when making pancakes when I flipped them probably because of the aluminum base.Other then that which, can adjust to the next time the griddle did the job for a great price
