How do I order a QVC eGift Card?
Buying a QVC eGift Card is quick and convenient. Just click on the following link to order a QVC eGift Card now! This will take you to our third-party service provider, CashStar.
It's easy to order a QVC eGift Card:
- Choose a card design or upload your own photo for a custom design.
- Enter the recipient's name and your personal message.
- Select the dollar amount you wish to give between $5—$500 USD.
- Choose to send the eGift Card directly to your recipient's email* or to your personal email so you can print at home and hand deliver.
When you're ready to check out, provide your credit or debit card details to purchase the eGift Card. QVC's third-party service provider, CashStar, accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Once the purchase has been completed, the eGift Card will be sent to the recipient within minutes of purchase or on a future date you choose.** Because this transaction is taking place on CashStar's site, other QVC merchandise will need to be purchased separately on QVC.com.

How do I redeem a QVC eGift Card?
The QVC eGift Card can be redeemed online or by phone for QVC items shown on air and on QVC.com.
Simply place your order on QVC.com, use Automated Ordering at 800-345-1212, or call 888-345-5788 to speak with a Customer Representative. During the Checkout process, you can provide your eGift Card number as your method of payment.
If your order exceeds the amount of your eGift Card, you must pay the balance using another payment method. Only three eGift Cards may be redeemed per order.
The QVC eGift Card is redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. QVC eGift Cards cannot be used as payment on a QCard® account, redeemed at any QVC outlet or retail location, or redeemed when using Speed Buy® on QVC.com, QVC's mobile apps, text ordering, and other new purchasing technologies, or Speed Ordering on QVC's Automated Ordering system. What if I have questions or want to cancel the purchase of an eGift Card?
CashStar Customer Support will answer all of your questions about the purchase of a QVC eGift Card. If you chose a delivery date that is in the future, you can cancel your purchase by contacting CashStar Customer Support toll-free at 866-853-4741. If the delivery date is today or in the past, your purchase cannot be cancelled.

Where can I use my eGift Card?
You can use your eGift Card for QVC purchases of items you see on air and on QVC.com that are being shipped to any of the 50 states, as well as Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. Outside of these areas, eGift Cards are not accepted. eGift Cards are not accepted at QVC outlet stores, the QVC Studio Store in PA, or by any subsidiary or affiliate of QVC, Inc.

Does the eGift Card have an expiration date?
No, like our plastic Gift Cards, there is no expiration date on a QVC eGift Card. However, we do recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it.

What will my recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to your recipient's email inbox informing them of your gift with a link to retrieve the eGift Card online. The link in the email sends your recipient to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value, and code number. The page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.

How will I know if my recipient has received the eGift Card that I sent?
You will receive an email confirming delivery of the eGift Card and a message notifying you that the eGift Card has been viewed. If the eGift Card is not viewed within 7 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options. You will receive another message 15 days after delivery of the eGift Card to your recipient if no action has been taken. You may also contact CashStar Customer Support toll-free at 866-853-4741 with the order number from the email confirmation you received, and CashStar will be able to let you know if the recipient has viewed their eGift Card.

How do I check my eGift Card balance?
Redeemed eGift Cards are converted to QVC credit and are stored on your QVC customer account. If you've used only a portion of the eGift Card credits on an order, any remaining balance will be stored in your QVC customer account for future purchase. You can obtain information about your QVC credit balance by contacting QVC Customer Service at 888-345-5788.

When is my credit card charged for my purchase of an eGift Card?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as QVC CSHSTR GFTCRD.

eGift Cards may be used as payment toward a purchase at QVC.
To place an order, use standard Checkout on QVC.com, step-by-step Automated Ordering at 800-345-1212, or call 888-345-5788 for a Customer Representative. QVC eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash. Recipients may contact QVC for balance inquiries at 888-345-5788. QVC is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Gift Cards may not be used as payment on your QCard® account. QVC Gift Cards may not be redeemed at any QVC retail location. QVC Gift Cards cannot be redeemed using Speed Buy® functionality. QVC Gift Cards carry no expiration date. After initial use, the remaining balance will be applied to the user's account as a QVC credit. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the terms and shall not affect the validity of enforceability of any other provisions of the terms. How do I order a plastic QVC Gift Card?
Buying a QVC Gift Card to be sent by mail is easy and convenient. Just click on the following link to purchase a plastic QVC Gift Card. To order, simply choose the dollar amount you'd like ($25, $50, $100, $250, or $500). Then, personalize your Gift Card and check out.
We'll ship the Gift Card to you or your recipient within 7-10 days at no additional charge. Our useful bill-to/ship-to option makes it even easier—you can either bill the item to yourself and ship directly to your recipient's address or bill-to/ship-to your own address so you can hand deliver the Gift Card.
