I have been looking for clothes you can wear at almost any age, George pays attention to detail he gives us comfort and classic design.
I refuse to dress like the sterotype of a grandmother, I am a young 61 everybody tells me I look like a sister to my children in their 40's.

I love it, love it! This skirt has style! The length is perfect! I always look for this length in a skirt or dress because I am 5'9" tall, 57 years old, size 22, and I like my hem to fall below the knees. The fit is true to size. The fabric looks good not thin and cheep. The details and finishing of the bow, split and zip are like more expensive skirts. I purchased the skirt in black. I am going to purchase it in the stone. If G. Simonton continues to offer skirts like this, this DIVA will always be a customer. I hope he makes dresses this length!

This is really a winner. Every time I wear it I am deluged with questions about what it cost, where I got it, etc. Paired with a crisp white blouse or a colored, dressier blouse and it looks fabulous. Keep those clothes coming George!!!

Fabulous!
This is a skirt with designer detail. The bow is reminiscent of a piece by a designer whose name begins with "V." George, one of your best pieces and a beautiful fabric - not shiny or "cheap" looking. My only criticism is that it is too long. Can't you please consider making petite skirts? Beautiful fit. You will not be disappointed.

thinning so it is winning
I love Ponte Knit, so I bought this figuring to take the bow off. IT DOES NOT COME OFF. However, I can tuck a top in with this skirt, something I have not been comfortable doing in 10 lbs. ago.

SPEECHLESS!!!!!
Bought this skirt in early February as soon as I saw it on QVC.com. Went for the color Stone since I have so much black. Talk about unique - I just love, love this skirt. Purchased the skirt in small and I am satisfied, although the waist would maybe be more suited to me in extra small. However, do not think you want it to be too tight around the hip and back area because then it would take away from the design of the skirt. I just today finished putting a whole outfit together - jewelry and all - and it is beyond all words in my volcabulary. You should not hesitate to buy this skirt in the size closest to your needs and if you feel it may need a little fixing here and there, go ahead and get it done no matter the cost since it is worth having this skirt in your closet.

Beyond Wonderful!
I just got both colors in my regular George Simonton skirt size M. I wear an XS or a S top, but have round hips (side and back) so I need to wear a larger size in the bottom. These skirts look like they were custom made for me. I had to exclaim right out loud when I put them on, because they are so chic and wonderful looking. I am not a tall or long legged girl at 5'5" and don't usually look good in skirts below the kneecap, but WOW did I look svelte. I have a relatively small waist (compared to my hips), but the waist is elastic in back to accommodate a big meal which I like. I tried them on with some very low heal sandals and they looked great. They will also look great with heels, boots and opaque stockings/tights. I tried the taupe shirt on with the black top I have that the model was wearing and OMG! They are truly year round weight and can't wait to wear them anytime all year. I know I have said this before, but George is truly a design genious!

This skirt has great style but was to large even in xs. It was a little boxy and did not taper or pencil at the bottom of skirt , very important to me. I like the fabric, bow and style. I may try the xxs for a better fit .
