I LOVE this top
I LOVE this top. I have it in both colors. I keep checking back hoping for MORE colors! Please Please bring more colors. This top fits beautifully and is SO comfortable. Thanks you George. You are the best

please bring eggplant back in 2 and 3x
love the black and wheat colors, but wish george still offered the eggplant in sizes 2 and 3 x.
please george bring the sizes back and please consider making this style with 3/4 length sleeves for year round use and thanks.

BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC TOP
I AM AN XL WHICH I ORDERED AND IT FIT TO A TEE. I ORDERED THE DARK EGGPLANT AND UNFORTUNATELY IT IS NOT THAT DARK. IT IS MORE OF A PURPLE COLOR AND HAD TO SEND IT BACK. I WOULD HAVE REORDERED IT IN BLACK BUT I ALREADY HAVE SO MUCH IN BLACK. I WISH IT WAS IN OTHER COLORS BECAUSE IT FITS BEAUTIFULLY, THE NECKLINE IS GORGEOUS, SLEEVES FALL VERY NICELY, AND IT EVEN HIDES MY STOMACH. JUST WANTED A MUCH DEEPER EGGPLANT COLOR.

The sleeves are beautiful but....
thats the only part that worked for me. the pleating just did not sit right on my bust line, it looked more wrinkled than pleated is some areas to me. I also did not like the seam down the middle front, What a shame because i really loved the dark eggplant color and they stud details, but just wasnt right for my petite frame. sadly sending back

I feel like Bette Davis at her most glamorous!!!!!! What a fabulous top. I dare say it's one of the most beautiful tops I've ever owned! I heard George say that students should take what is old and make it new again. This is a consummate example of that technique. Please do this in a long dolman sleeve version. Dolman sleeves are elegant and hide a multitude of sins.

Beautiful Top
I agree - there are more 50 plus buyers who would appreciate more elbow and 3/4 sleeves. Such a pretty top but would look better for myself in a longer sleeve. George does a wonderful design with the milky knit top and are so comfortable.

Excellent purchase
I rarely write reviews but this top is lovely, well cut and stylish. As a size 12, I bought a Medium and it was perfect and slimming. This was worth the money and it's made me a George Simonton fan!

Does not show bra straps, like some sweetheart necklines do. Beads are just a hint of glitz

Love this top sooooooooo much but PLEASE, can you make it either with 3/4 or long sleeves. It is so beautiful and I'm certain it would be one of your best sellers for the upcoming fall and winter. Love your things.....PLEASE CONSIDER THIS GEORGE!

george please make this in black with 3/4 sleeves
bought both for my lovely wife and she loved the eggplant and wheat colors but would also love it in black too.
george please think of making this exact style in a multitude of new colors but with 3/4 length sleeves that perhaps have your special rouching effect at the end of the sleeves, to show off your upcoming jewelry which i shall also buy for my wife.
we wish for more colors like turquoise, orange, pink, fuscia, walnut, black, peridot green, mint green, silver, gold, charcoal,.......well george i am sure you know what we have in mind.
this top reminds us of a Marilyn Monroe top she wore way back when, and it is just so comfortable and glamorous.....with and without 34 length ruched sleeves would be great because this style is so classic and timeless.
thanks you qvc and many thanks mr. simonton for the above considerations, and please know i will purchase in short and 3/4 length sleeves in each color for my wife, because she loves this top that much, and so do i.

Love this top and style
I just love this top and style of it, however I am a little thick thru the middle stomach area and needed to order the large rather than the medium, when I tried it on it fit perfectly thru the middle but the neck then was a bit too big to make the impact regarding the style of this top. I wish George would make this same top but consider cutting down the area around the neck and chest a bit. The designers seem to cut a top straight down rather than follow the body and most women's bodies are pear shape, in that we get thicker and wider past the waist, and need the lower part of a top to be a little larger.
