Very Nice Top!
I received this top yesterday in the pink combo. Tried it on and couldn't wait to wear it. I washed it immediately and wore it today. Got lots of compliments. Be warned though, because of the sheerness of the material and the semi-open kimono sleeves, it DOES require a camisole, tank or some type of under-covering.
The comments that some wrote about the neck hole being too tight -- it is a little snug. I guess if you have a larger size head, this might be a problem for you. I have a relatively normal size head, so it works for me. (Ordered my normal GS/QVC size -- medium.)
As far as the smocking at the waist, it's great for me. Covers a "multitude of sins" if you know what I mean. The elasticized smocking allows you to adjust the waist up or down, varying the way you want to wear this.
Overall, it's a win in my book! Thinking about going back for the blue combo to replace a Susan Graver top I ordered (A231251) that was beautiful on Leah, not so much on me...

Wonderfully Flattering top
I saw this on TV and wrote down the numbers right away. i couldn't wait to get to my computer to order this top. I have received many compliments on it each time I wear it. Now I am trying to find some light blue pants to wear with it. (It looks good with my chocolate pants, but I would like to have a summer look with it also.)

Poor fit
I like George Simonton clothing. Nearly always wear size xs. Don't like the elastic waist. Sweep is skimpy. Neck opening is much too small. Had to force the garment over my head. Have several George Simonton garments, but this one goes back.

Gorgeous
I am so impressed with the designs of George Simonton! This kimono is perfect in everyway - the colors, the fit, the feel of the material, the quailty. So very pleased with the brown, I might have to order the pink and I have to say I never buy two of the same design! That's how beautiful this kimono is! I have a new favorite designer I do believe! Thanks George!

Very Excited about this Beautiful Top!!
I have this in the pink, and boy is it gorgeous... it was light and airy on the model on tv and I just knew it was for me. Sure enough, when I got it home it fit and looked perfect over the bust and hides the tummy without looking like thats what its doing!! I love this top even though I have no where 'good' to wear it, but I thought it was just a must have for those just in case moments you get intivited somewhere and want to impress. The color is so flattering on blonde hair and light eyes, and the material is devine. I feel so happy that I now finally have a designer piece of clothing!! Thanks George~~

The pink is quite pretty
I ordered small, and I'm a size M or Large in most other lines. The small is almost too big. The head opening is tight on this. But the material is so pretty. Something does need to worn underneath, but this is quite pretty.

Gorgeous Easy Wear
Got this top in the pink in my normal size of medium. It is all but weightless - very easy to wear and stays in place with smocking at the waist. It is very sheer and you must wear a tank - I recommend George's milky knit in the nude color - goes perfectly with the pink.

Perfectly perfect
Saw the top on air-the models looked amazing so I had to order and try. Saved it for Mother's Day and loved wearing it every second! The most comfortable, no wrinkle, elegant, and comfortable top. My mother loved it (may order one for her too) and my husband thought it was beautiful as well. Would buy it in additional prints/colors if he makes them. Thank you George!!!!!! I ordered my usual size and the fit is perfect. I'm 5'4" and usually wear a 6-I ordered Small.

LOVE IT!
Love this top. Sheer, high quality fabric. Will need a tank under it. I got the Blue and Brown. Highly recommend!

High Fashion and Flattering too
I ordered both of these colors, pink and blue. I like the pink best but also like the practical blue and I don't have to buy new accessories. I have a 48D bust and hips about 49". I first bought the large and it did not flatter. Made me look larger.
I returned both colors in Large and ordered them in Medium. They are perfect! I have three pairs of Simonton pants, four blouses and two cardigans. They are among my favorite pieces!

Upper Class!
Very beautiful, feminine, and flowy top. The smocked waist actually makes me look thinner. I am between a 2X and 3X and the 2X fit perfectly. So excited to wear this!

Lady like!
Very fresh and pretty in pink. I sized down and am glad that I did. Perfect top to wear for Mother's Day!
