Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing Unfortunately, this product is a miss . A first for me with QVC. First it came damaged and the workmenship felt chinzy. The hinge in the back clunks into place when you lower the lid - I ecommend passing this one buyand if you want a nice high quality panini press go with Cuisinart.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Georges best The grill itself is very narrow but the outside was bigger than my family Forman grill. Took up more space on my counter top. Handle stuck out in the way. Put this right back in the box and sent back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful The plates will not come clean! I have owned two other grills and they were great! Something is wrong with the ceramic plates. The company is replacing mine but I am afraid the new ones will be just as bad!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT non-stick I also purchased this product when it was a TSV and have been disappointed since I first got it. Even at the beginning it was not easy to clean but as time has gone by it has become worse. My bottom plate has been soaking in warm soapy water for over 24 hours and still won't come clean. I have never used anything harsh to clean it or put it in the dishwasher. Meat sticks to it and the last few times I made hamburgers about 20% of the burger stuck to the plates and the only way to get it off was to soak it off. (See photos) Yesterday I called the number on the George Foreman website and after explaining the problem, they are sending me a new one. Will this one be any better? I can only hope. I will do a new review if the new one is really non-stick!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst purchase ever DO NOT BUY THIS. After about 6 weeks I was so ticked off I put it in a plastic bag and threw it in the garbage. After using it a dozen times or so everything stuck. I was making hamburgers one night and when I picked up the top to see if they were done half of the burger was stuck on the top and half on the bottom. It actually pulled them apart. I had to scrape the meat off. That was the night it went in the garbage along with my $100. If you decide to buy this anyway, make sure you use it everyday for 30 days. Bring back the old non stick plate. Never had a problem with that one. Love you QVC but this is a loser.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Good for 1'2 inch or more meats Good for grilling vegetables and thin cut meats. However, it does not sit on top of hamburgers, steaks, chicken breasts, etc. It pushes it out close to the grease catcher in front. Hence, doesn't cook evenly. I was excited to pull the trigger as my 1st experience with George Foreman grills wasn't to great either. I was hoping that this would be a great indoor grill alternative. My cast iron stove top grill does a better job. However, if does do great grilled veggies.
