Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frye Boots I don't know if I would recommend these boots to anyone unless the person ordering them has a slim foot and skinny ankles. As for me, my foot went in them with no problem. I did have to wiggle foot and ankle in them a bit. I was worried about all the bad reviews. However. these boots are beautifully made. I wore them today and had them on for 8 or 9 straight hours. And my feet feel fine! I wore somewhat thin socks with them, but I feel they stretched out a bit as I wore them throughout the day. They look wonderful with skinny jeans! I'm so glad they worked out for me and I kept them. They do run a bit narrow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Black Boot! Great boots for my small size foot. I was a little nervous ordering this style since it does not seem to fit most average sized feet. But, I am glad I ordered it in a size 6 black :)! I have a narrow to medium width foot with small bunions (so fun), and I had no problem getting my foot into the boot. Also, the toe box is wide enough for my foot with bunions included :). The quality of the leather is superb, of course, because it is from Frye. In my opinion, this is a good style and fit for smaller sized feet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Cara Roper Boots Every year my brother and sister in law give me $$$ too go buy boots for my birthday! I purchased these 3 weeks ago and love love love them!!! I wear a 7 1/2 and do have a slightly narrow foot but don't need narrow in boots....fit is great and they are very comfortable to wear for 8 hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little small and tight I love these boots! Yet, the size 10 medium did not work for me. The boots were just a little too tight even with trouser socks, so I am exchanging for a size up. Too bad they don't make 10.5 as that would have been perfect. The leather is soft and so plush. So much so, that you want to caress it. So, they are getting shipped back today in hopes that a size 11 will be available.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quantity vs Quality I own several Frye pull on boots and normally I do not have issue with size. This perticular style runs narrow and craftsmanship is not up to Frye standards. Is this an issue of quantity vs quality? I still adore Frye brand and am thankful QVC continues to offer a variety of brands.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Couldn't Get Foot in Boot - needs zipper Unfortunately i couldn't get my foot into the boot. The sleeve of the boot was too narrow to allow my foot to make that curve and get into the shoe. My toes dead ended at the entrance of the heel. It needs a zipper for a size 10 foot to gain complete entrance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major Disappointment My boots arrived yesterday and Iam so disappointed! The toe box is so tight and the heel slips every time I walk. I think this could easily be resolved if Frye made a wide width. In addition, they are extremely uncomfortable, as well as very slippery. Also, they were so hard to put on. So, unfortunately and sadly they have to go back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Boots These are really nice leather boots, I scuffed the bottom up by rubbing on cement walkway, I’ve had to do that before no big deal. They get easier to put on with each wear. I’ve had Frye boots before so no unexpected issues, I may go back for the brown. I really like that they are higher than a typical ankle boot, they really look nice with a above the knee dress or skirt.
