Container: Small 18-oz Nutri Ninja cup
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 Tbsp malt vinegar
6 Tbsp nonfat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
In a 10" sauté pan on medium heat, add the oil, onion, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until caramelized, stirring occasionally. Add the malt vinegar and cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
Place the cooked onion mixture, cream cheese, and sour cream into the 18-oz Nutri Ninja cup. Select start and blend for 15 seconds.
