Love love love
I had asked for the Foodsaver set (the machine and the bags) for Christmas this past year and am SO Happy I got it! I'm a single person and found I was throwing away more food. This has helped me not only cut my grocery bill down but not to waste money either! The bags are a perfect size, I put Salad in the large ones and my guacamole (amongst other things) in the smaller ones. The Salad will last over a week!

GREAT PRODUCT
Next to my food saver, this is the BEST thing out. Just remember to seal the top good then the seal will remain tight.

The Fresh Bag
I purchased these bags in December and have used them for many, many things in the freezer and the refrigerator. Case in point-I put a green, red and yellow pepper in one bag about 3 weeks ago. I pulled the bag out this morning to use the peppers in an omelet and all the peppers looked like I just bought them. I was so amazed and happy. Talk about not wasting food!!! I have the large Foodsaver on my counter, but I find myself using these bags with items that I need to take portions from and seal again. Great buy!!!

Exactly what was expected
If used these bags wisely-not too much of expense. Wouldn't use if the product is going to be consumed within a couple of days. Regular zip bags or storage containers will do for a very short term use. Love these bags when I want to make sure freshness is extended to a longer period of time. Easy to use and on dry foods can wash and reuse.

What a big invention for a useful idea in the kitchen. Glad I bought the smaller food saver and gave away the large one.

I have had a food saver for over 24 years now. I love this new and small one for the kitchen. It's handy and quick, it helps keep my smaller foods just as fresh as my bulk purchases.

Strong and Durable
This is my first purchase ever if any of the food saver products. I was pleased and surprised at how strong and sturdy the bags are. Defently will buy more as I need them. Great price for the quantity of bags that you receive.

Foodsaver Bags
Good money saver, great for saving leftovers. No more dried out or moldy cheese. This is great due to the fact it can be resealed again and again.

Great Dollar Saver
I've waited a long while before passing judgement on this product, but after more than a month of constant use, I can honestly say this PRODUCT REALLY WORKS! It holds the vaccum really well. I've waited a while before buying extra bags, but I'm ready to take the plunge. So far, this one's a winner in my book. I hope I won't be disappointed in the future. Great Bags
I received the vacuum sealer for Christmas 2011. I recently ordered the replacement bags as I had one or two of the original ones fail to seal occaisionally, which, after all this time, was rather remarkable. I use them to seal cheeses, half of an avacado, coffee and a wide variety of smaller, more frequently used items. I can buy a 5 lb block of cheese and use a little, reseal, use a little, reseal, etc. There are only two of us left at home and it is nice to be able to save money buying a big block of cheese and actually be able to finish it before it goes bad. There is nothing worse than a day old half an avacado but with this system it is as fresh as when I put it in. I have only waited a day or two to use the other half so don't know what the long term would be like. It is so much more convenient than my full size Food Saver for these smaller items.

HELPFUL
I bought the small Foodsaver several months ago for items in the refrig. It works very well but I think the small bags are a little too small because you can only put the food in up to a certain point or else it will not pull the air out. Would like to see both bags a little bit bigger.
