Pretty good product
I love these umbrellas. Light weight and the color (red) looks amazing. My only complaint is that the color is fading after a summer in the sun, but otherwise a great umbrella.

BELIEVE THE RATINGS ON THIS ONE!!
I read the ratings before I purchased this..........didn't pay attention and thought I would try it out! Shame on me. No weather to speak of.....minor breeze here and there.....snapped off at the spring, JUST LIKE THE OTHERS!!!! It lasted around 7 months! QVC said I could ship it back to them and they would waive the postage....great customer service, but the task of packing this umbrella for shipment was more than I could do around the holidays.....daunting. I'll buy local.

Not what I expected! Junk
Bought this in the beginning of summer, it didn't even last through the summer. Had one little gust of wind and it broke just under the spring. I was under the impression that the spring was to help the umbrella from breaking but apparently it's just not made well, very disappointed, didn't even finish paying for it before it broke. Complete waste of money!!!

Waste of money!
I purchased this umbrella this past season. We had a minor rain storm with some wind. This umbrella broke in no time. I have been unable to use it. Where was the 'so called' flexx spring? It flexed and broke; that's what it did! I have had other umbrellas that lasted longer. As a matter of fact, I never had an umbrella to break so fast! Of course I was still paying on it when it broke. Oh, by the way, if you are wondering how bad the wind was; it wasn't that bad. The way that this umbrella was advertised on QVC, it should have withstood the minor storm we had. Don't waste your money, like I did.

Does not live to specifications
Small wind gust snapped in two pieces just above the spring. I still owe last payment on this!!! Had to give a rating to post this but I would give it no stars!!

Poor Quality Market Umbrella
I expected a $100 Market Umbrella w/tilt to be of better quality. The color, Terracotta, began to fade immediately in the Arizona sun. I have purchased other Market Umbrellas from a different retail source, and paid just $25-$50 more, that have not faded. Some of these are ten years old.
The fabric of this QVC umbrella is also extremely thin and obviously not intended for outdoor use in any part of our nation! As a positive, I can say it has not broken in any of our strong winds or haboobs (dust storms).

Very Disappointed
We bought this umbrella in May in the Terracotta color. Really loved the color when we got it, but it started fading right away, it ended up looking pale orange. In August we had a slight breeze of about 10 mph ( the umbrella was rated for 15 mph)........the umbrella did not bend, it tipped over, taking the table with it!! The shaft broke just above the supposedly wonderful flex spring! Needless to say, we are very disappointed in this product and also disappointed in QVC for selling such a defective product! And getting something this size returned is impossible, the label QVC sent me was for the post office, but since I didn't save the box for 4 months, I have no way to repackage it to send it back because UPS wants to charge $40 to box it up! So I guess we're out $90 for a lesson learned. I think QVC just lost my business for a while and my husband says he'll never buy anything from QVC again!

Fading away
I ordered this umbrella in dark green. It is very affective in the wind, but the color has faded severly in 2 months.

Fades quickly
I have owned this umbrella for 3 months in the terra cotta. It has faded and the topper keeps popping off. Disappointed in the quality of this umbrella.

Not Happy
I ordered this umbrella in June. I ordered the chocolate brown color, and in less than three months it has faded to an ugly greenish/tan color. I got it on easy pay and still owe two payments on it. Although my 30 days are up, if I can find a box that it will fit, I will be sending it back. I had rather pay the shipping and get some of my money back than pay the total price and not use it. I will buy one local next season.

Worst purchase ever
I purchased this poorly constructed umbrella and I recognized it was not as sturdy as it appeared to be but I kept it anyway ( REALLY BAD CHOICE ON MY PART) . I chose the conveint easy pay option. Before I made my second payment a gust of wind and a 30 minute god rain crumbled this umbrella beyond repair. I couldn't ship it back if I wanted to. The metal frame bent and it was garbage. As I continue to pay for this item it is so frustrating. Never again!!!

COLOR FADED AFTER JUST 4 MONTHS!!! NEVER AGAIN!
I have to say- this is the first product I have purchased from QVC that I am truly dissapointed with. I purchased the terracotta which was a beautiful rich tuscan orange when I recieved it, now after only 4 months in the Florida sun- it is a faded orange sherbet with blotches of the original color. This one is going in the trash. I will be looking at the local home improvement center for my next one. Over $115.00 for something that lasts 4 months, and is supposed to be fade resistant? I think that's ridiculous! Now I understand some fading is to be expected, but not this drastically after just 4 months. Maybe after a year or two but...I have had umbrellas in the past that lasted far longer than this one before fading like this. NEVER AGAIN FLEXX SPRING, you've recieved my last dollar!
