I've had my Fitbit ChargeHR for over a year now and I love almost everything about it. What don't I like? This Fitbit measures a flight of stairs at 10 feet. The stairs in my home are 8 1/2 feet and there is no way for me to adjust this, so, I don't get credit for the 15-20 times I climb my stairs everyday. I've contacted Fitbit several times and they just don't seem to care. Customer service could be better. Also, the piece of metal where the charger plugs in broke off so I glued it but it's still loose. If I get another fitness tracker, it won't be a Fitbit.

I purchased my Fitbit a little over a year ago. Aproximately 5 months later the band became unglued ( I had warn it every day since receiving it, but I work in an office and my lifestyle is very sedentary (hence the need to purchase) therefore the wear and tear experienced was minimal, at best. None the less I contacted QVC, and they were great, gave me the info for the company where to file a claim, etc, which is where things started to turn for the worse. Fitbit customer service sucks and after a few phone calls and explanations they finally agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement did not include another charger and it looked more warn (except for the unglued part) than my original. Either way, I went about my business and then almost like clockwork (5-6 months later) the replacement Fitbit takes a dump (and also unglued in a different area). I called the company again, and this time they tell me that the 1 year warranty is from the date of the original purchase and not from the date they replaced it! The baboon even went so far as to say that I should have called right before the one year mark so I could have received at least another 5 months out of it!

I was excited to get the Charge2 because it had a lot more features than my Flex which had constant charging and contection issues for over 3 years. I was very disappointed to learn that my Android LGG4 is not compatible with the Charge2 for notifications from my phone which was one of the main reasons i purchased it.. Check Android compatibility before purchasing.

I've bought the Charge HR from the FitBit site. Tracker would record steps as movement if arms only moved - could always fool it. Not just that - when I went on fitness walks, a it would only record 50-60% of actual steps! If I believed it, my stride length would be longer than my height (5'5"). Tech support could never figure it out - useless! NONE of the ones I received (3 in total going through CS) kept steps accurately. Didn't even bother with the Charge HR2, went straight to the Apple Watch. Much more accurate on steps. Don't get as many steps but feel my movement is more accurately represented. Save your $ and go for the Apple Watch. Only 1star because minus 10 stars isn't possible.

I could or would have purchased the Charge 2, except it didn't come in Orange (tangerine). It does everything I wanted in a Fitbit. REALLY nice to learn how many steps and miles I walk in a day. I'm a speech therapist but I had no idea I was so active!

I got this for Christmas in 2015. 7 months later it started to bubble on the front. I'm to poor to buy a new one so I continued to wear it despite how bad it looked. 4 months later, the side button came off and the sides started lifting up.my husband also got one for Christmas but he never wears it so I'' using his now. It really is great technology. I just wish it wasn't made with cheap materials.

I really wanted to love this product. I received it 3 days after ordering which was a great thing howver it was missing the charging cord so I couldn't use it. Instead of getting a replacement I returned for a refund. I will purchase at a local store instead.
