Rated 3 out of 5 by Just Received Not sure whether I'm keeping or not based on the comments I'm reading. I did notice it did not come with the "dongle" or whatever that piece is called that connects to the computer. I'm using the one from my previous Fitbit. Instructions were very hard to find on the website. We'll see. 01-21-17
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice update from the Charge HR Very happy with it except that they reduced the altimeter that counts stairs, in order to increase battery life. Will not record my "stairs." Not a bad trade-off Went to the Gym today to test out the Treadmill option and it worked very well. 01-20-17
Rated 1 out of 5 by send it back!!! What a PAIN. Guide lines say to use before reviewing - but Fitbit web site is useless! Sending it back, could NOT set up to computer. What a waste of $$$ I'd give it less than 1 star, if I could 01-20-17
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not as expected Rec'd my first Fitbit and couldn't wait to get started. Was disappointed right away after discovering it was NOT compatible with my phone or my Kindle. Then attempted to use my PC with windows 10 took way longer than I expected and it kept saying I needed to purchase a dongle? Eventually used our IPAD. The wrist band irritated my skin and the thing kept waking me up when I would move( the light came on!). I am not that technically savvy and I guess this is just to much work for me. I'm sure others will love this but if you are looking for simplicity to track your fitness this is not the device. Sorry going back. 01-20-17
Rated 2 out of 5 by Undercounting steps I really love this fitbit and want to keep it, however, for me it is undercounting my steps. Did 2 miles on the treadmill and fitbit credited 1500 steps. Checked on the Fitbit Charge 2 community forum and saw many people are having the same undercounting problem without Fitbit customer service having a solution. I will probably end up sending back to QVC. Hard enough getting my 10,000 steps in a day without being short changed. 01-18-17
Rated 3 out of 5 by Synching issues My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I love it, when it works. After 4 days of use I've been having problems with the watch synching with my iPad and iPhone 6 despite repeatedly trouble shooting the watch--we've re-started, removed the device, etc. I'm not sure I can recommend this watch despite its many pluses, what's the use of tracking your progress when the synch feature is glitchy at best? 01-16-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than expected I purchased this Fitbit, expecting so-so results, but what I got was so much more, I am super happy with the sleep tracking, and every thing else..Would definitely purchase again if I needed to. 01-16-17
Rated 3 out of 5 by Really needed this to work I really needed this to work. Open heart surgery patient starting new workout program and wanted to monitor both heart rate and sleep patterns Would have 45-50 steps counted before getting out of bed. Heart rate seems consistent with blood pressure cuff but sleep, though providing EXCELLENT information, it sometimes recorded more hours than I actually slept SOOOOOO sad, have to return 01-14-17
