Rated 1 out of 5 by from So wanted to LOVE it..... The Fit Bit caused pain in my arm and shoulder, deep in my bones......had to return it. I really wanted to track my sleep patterns. My son and daughter in law have Fit Bits and have no problems.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fitbit Charge 2 Just received this device. Seems like everything working, maybe too soon to tell. But the thing I don't like is in order to get my text messages I have to allow pop up messages on my phone which exposes the text message on my phone meaning if I leave my phone down the messages show on my screen for anybody to see...ugh. And the text message feature is the reason I got this one. Will probably return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not waste your time! I purchased this item in November of 2017. It worked great for the first few months. Then it all came to an annoying halt. Everytime I charged it something would change and I would have to trouble shoot it. Fitbit offered me a warranty replacement that took 3 1/2 weeks to return to me and ai was out of pocket on the shipping. The replacement didn't work from day one! It said I had climbed 150 floors in one day when I never even left the house. I contacted fitbit again and they blamed it on air pressure at different altitudes. They said I needed to climb a 7-10 foot long flight of stairs to see if my fitbit was tracking it correctly. At that point I went to the BBB and contacted QVC who graciously accepted my return and got my money back in my pocket. I will never own another Fitbit and I will strongly advise others to do the same.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good purchase I like this. The app is a little weird to get used too and it was delivered later than expected. I’m still exploring the app and capabilities but so far I really like this b

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Band Defect The Watch, itself, worked beautifully. The poor rating I am giving this is due to the bands breaking at the connect point. I’ve had this watch for 10 months and have two sets of bands, both of them broke at the connection point. What good is a Fitbit without wristbands?!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I received this about 2 weeks ago. I just returned it. I did like it until it just quit on me. I really did want it to work. After doing everything they said to do TWICE, it just never synced again. Too much money for this much trouble. I wasn’t the only one with this problem. Quite a few people were complaining about the same thing, so it wasn’t me. Wish I could have given a great review, but buyer beware.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never let the battery go to 0% I bought one of these from qvc and was pleasently happy with the workings of it. However I suffered an illness and had the Fitbit removed from my wrist for 3 weeks. The Fitbit was the least of my concerns during my recuperating. When I went to resume use of my Fitbit I tried to charge it. NOTHING. So I went to all the chat lines and support pages there are and tried all their suggestions, NOTHING! I contacted Fitbit support directly, I chatted with one of their customer service agents. In the end she stated that I would be entitled to a replacement Fitbit. I thought - great. However when I opened the email Fitbit sent me all I was being offered was 25% off a new purchase. A little bewildered how a replacement is equal to 25% off. Yes my Fitbit was bought in January 2017, my enquiry was made April 2018. So my warning to you Fitbit owners is this, NEVER let the battery go to 0%. Be warned!
