Fitbit Charge 2 Fitness Band is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 246.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fitbit charge 2 I love the Fitbit took awhile to understand and program settings had to google a lot. The band is not the most comfortable and hard to get off. However I give it 4 stars I would of liked a leather band instead which I bought.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok Purchase Second purchase, only had for 7 months. The band kept coming off still under warranty think goodness for that. Contacted QVC customer service and the said send everything back. Just received a new replacement today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Getting my steps! I love my fitbit and wear it every day. I like seeing my steps and keeping track of my fitness. It just gives you that little extra accountability. I also love that I can get my text messages through it. Now I don't need to pull out my phone for a simple reply. The community offers some great challenges if you are into it and it is easily personalized. Had it since Christmas and still working great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Heart Rate Monitor Died My HR monitor died- luckily it was still under warranty. I contacted Fitbit through their online chat, and was offered either a free replacement "pebble" (the metal tracker only) or 1/2 off any new Fitbit. I chose to go with the Fitbit Alta HR- which was not yet available when I bought the Charge 2. The reason I decided to change to the Alta HR was to get a slimmer profile- the Charge 2 is a little too "manly" for my wrist. Also, I find the stair climb counter extremely inaccurate (ie., it said I climbed 62 flights of stairs yesterday when I had only climbed 4), so I won't miss that feature on the Alta HR. For me, the HR monitor and the counted steps are the most important features, and I can get both of those with the Alta HR.
